โรงแรมติดริมถนนเพชรเกษม ยาวไปถึงทะเล ต้นไม้เยอะมองไปไหนมีแต่สีเขียวสบายตา. เหมาะสำหรับพาเด็กๆมามากๆ มีสวนน้ำขนาดใหญ่ในตัว แยกสระเด็ก สระผู้ใหญ่ และมี Tree house ให้เด็กๆเล่นผจญภัย kids club. ร้านอาหารริมทะเล มาครบ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกจนทานไม่ครบ คนไทยมีน้อยกว่าต่างชาติ สงบ สบายตา สบายใจ

บรรยากาศดี แทบไม่ต้องออกไปที่ไหน fitness 24 ชม. ชอบที่สุดคือติดทะเลพร้อมหาดส่วนตัว เหมาะกับการมานั่งรับลมทะเล ดีต่อใจสุดๆ

It's great for traveling with kids. It's friendly and the breakfast doesn't have many options, but it's delicious.

Very bad service of checking out.they ask about what time prefer to check out and I requested for 3 pm.the staff put in system from 11: 00 am. When we back to hotel the key card was locked can not use room any more. I went to counter service for 2 time to unlocked the key. They ask me for identity card to prove that I am a guest. I am Marriott platinum elite level and got very bad treated from this Hotel. Bye Bye, no more again for this Hotel

Attended a wedding here and it was incredible, rooms well maintained and views were great. Staff are very attentive and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

I entered the lobby, but they didn't respond, the rooms were small, there was no bathtub, and there was no soundproofing when I slept, so I could hear the staff talking outside the door. Cockroaches greeted me in front. However, if you are a family with children, playing in the pool is good. I doubt if it is a Marriott.

It is definitely the most suitable for children among the three Marriott groups in Hua Hin. It has a fun swimming pool, easy access to the beach, and the beach is clean
The bed in the room is also good to sleep

พนักงานดีทุกคน แต่ได้ห้องช้าไป 1.30 ชั่วโมง เด็กๆงอแงจะเล่นน้ำก็เล่นไม่ได้ กว่าจะได้ห้องก็สี่โมงครึ่ง ห้าโมงเด็กๆง่วงนอนกันแล้ว ถ้าคิดตามชั่วโมงที่ควรจะได้ห้องก็หายไปหลายร้อยบาท ซึ่งไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นกับโรงแรมที่มีราคาคืนละ 8,000 บาท อาหารเช้าโรงแรมมีข้อมูลว่าคนเยอะ แต่ไม่ทำระบบจอง กลับเป็นให้รอคิวแทน

เตียงเสริมแจ้งยกเลิกไปสองรอบ แต่ก็ยังมีเตียงเสริมอยู่ ห้องที่คนแก่อยู่ก็ไม่ทราบ กว่าจะรู้ว่ามีเตียงเสริมก็ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ หมดคำบรรยายแล้ว

สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ดี ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี แต่ติเรื่องพนักงานแม่บ้าน ที่ลืมของไว้ในห้องแล้วตอนเช็คเอ้าไม่แจ้งไม่แจ้งไม่ว่า ตอนโทรไปถามแม่บ้านบอกว่าไม่มี (ชุดเครื่องสำอางแฟนไว้ในห้องตลอด) <พักที่อื่นได้คืนตลอด>

Crazy crowded here and we chose to come on weekdays but it happened to be school break and my, was it crowded. No carpark space and check in took forever. No more tables for dinner and room service took 90 mins to arrive when told it'll take 45.

Totally skip this place during the peak season unless you like queuing up 30 to 45 mins to get a table during breakfast. Hundreds of ppl in the restaurant with masks off eating right next to food buffet lines during covid. Unbelievable.

No carpark so everyone valets and they park your car at a nearby spot that they ferry you in a golf cart to. And it's unsheltered so our windshield cracked under the blazing sun.

I will not be back to this property. It's too popular and it's impossible to enjoy ourselves when there's 100s of kids in the pool at one time.

Stayed there 4 nights this trip and didn't have the room cleaned when we wanted. Staff messaged us on 2 occasions that it's done but it never was. Just overworked staff.

322 rooms and they have 30 to 40 sheltered carpark lots and maybe another 20 usheltered lots. The architect must think very lowly of the hotel to expect only 20% occupancy at all times.

Ridiculous to wait for your car or have it baking in hot sun outside the property

Poor staff looked over worked and so tired all the time and still managed to smile when we walk past. Well done guys.

คนมาเที่ยวเยอะมากแล้ว ที่นี้มีสระว่ายน้ำแบบทางยาววนรอบตึกยาว
ระหว่างทางรอดลอดสะพานมีน้ำตก มีที่พักนอนนวดจากุชชี่ สระใกล้ lobby ใต้ทางเดินมีพ่นน้ำขึ้นแรง เดินเซเลย ห้องพักที่ข้างสระนี้ ลงสระได้เลย

Luxury getaway slash sanctuary for Bangkokian family with young kids with its massive pool, kids club and rich and long breakfast buffet line, let alone the touristy yet clean and quiet Hua Him beach.

Everything is up to Marriott "standard" which I do hope some day majority hotels in Thailand will be up to it. Professional and friendly staff and services and well maintained facilities, basically everything works.

Under Covid-19 that means basically only domestic clients which are almost ALL family with kids. In addition to that, long weekend, means lines in check-in (45 min), breakfast (20 min), check-out+waiting for luggage (1hr).

And Marriott has effective loyalty program that every businesses should learn.

โรงแรมใหญ่ใจกลางดมืองหัวหิน สวย พื้นที่โดยรวมสะอาดมาก จัดโซนพื้นที่ได้ดี สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายสระ เลือกเล่นได้ตามวัย ห้องอาหารมีหลายห้อง อาหารโดยรวมอร่อย ตึก 5 ตึก 6 ใกล้ทะเล ใกล้สระว่ายน้ำเด็ก หาดทรายหน้าโรงแรมสะอาด มีม้ามารอเพียบ บริการดีทุกจุด ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือแพงพอตัว แถมไม่ค่อยมีโปรโมชั่นใดๆ

ที่พักคือดีมาก ห้องดี มองเห็นวิว สระว่ายน้ำ วนรอบ ห้องชั้นล่างเปิดประตูลงสระว่ายเล่นน้ำได้เลย ที่นอนนุ่ม หมอนนิ่ม ผ้าห่มนุ่ม อาหารเช้านานาชาติดีมาก ๆ พนักงาน ดูแลใส่ใจดีมาก

บรรยากาศดี วิวสวย สวนน้ำเล็กๆ ไม่ลึก เหมาะกับเด็กๆ และครอบครัว
แต่ละเลยมาตรการโควิดไปบ้าง เข่น ชัอนเด็กๆ วางกระจัดกระจายบนโต๊ะ

Unfortunately I couldn't observe adherence to COVID 19 protocol by the hotel and the management seemed incapable of handling the fortunate situation of having a popular property. We had to wait 2 hours for checking in and had to que in the rain for breakfast (we gave up after 30min and went outside). Nice hotel during off season, unfortunately poorly managed when fully booked (picture: waiting for breakfast)

พนักงานโรงแรมดีมากทุกคน ห้องพักสะอาดกว้างขวางทันสมัย สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่มากดูน่าเล่น (โซนเด็ก) อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ข้อเสียคือสายๆจะเริ่มมีเด็กเล่นน้ำกันเยอะเสียงดังเข้ามาในห้อง ที่จอดรถน้อยถ้ามาช่วงวันหยุดต้องไปจอดนอกโรงแรม (แต่มีรถรับส่งให้)

Stunning resort in the center of Hua Hin. Top notch service. Close to shopping mall, eateries and night market. All love for this property! Can’t wait to be back.

It was my favorite hotel in Hua Hin, but after this disastrous weekend, I will surely consider other options.
First, we bookes well in advance, mentioned our time of arrival but had to wait 120 minutes! To be able to go to the room.
The whole lobby was full of clients, with no concerns at all about distancing and Covid regulations.
The manager, Mister Bauer, was overwhelmed and definitely doesn't have the shoulders to manage a "full house" situation.
The cherry on the top was for breakfast. Restaurants were full at 100%, which is quite inconfortable during Covid time and once again, management not able to plan or organize correctly, the hotel being fully booked.
We left after having to wait 30 minutes under the rain because the queue did not seem to move.

Beautiful hotel but avoid at all costs during high season as spending your weekend waiting for everything is not what should be for a relaxing time.
