The hotel staff is really nice. We got sick after two days and the bellhop is really kind. He drove us to clinic 2 times. The rooms are large and clean. Pool area is nice. We got free upgrade to deluxe room (54m^2) because of some kind of lottery. The views are great. Prices are quite high. 250baht for pizza etc. Beach bar is really beautiful in the evening. Rooms are clean and insect free. There is bee nests at the pool so be careful. Would suggest this hotel.

Alles Super, wird promt alles getan um den Gast gerecht zu werden. Freundliches Personal, kann ich ohne Bedenken weiter Empfehlen.

Used to be good, now very tired looking and same with the staff
avoid, there are much nicer for less money

Friendly staff.breakfast was good.room was great with terrace and sun beds.only wifi in the rooms are slow.other than that its perfect for family vacation.

ส่วนตัวไม่เคยเขาพักหรือใช้บริการ แต่ชอบเบเกอรี่ ของทางโรงแรมมาก สด ใหม่ และรสชาติอร่อยมากๆ Best Bakery ever in Khaolak.

Ich muss beim auschecken 180 Bath (5€) bezahlen, weil ich die Hausschuhe benutzt habe. Ich bin total enttäuscht über diesem Hotel. So schnell bekommt man seine Rechnung. Gott sei Dank dass ich nicht auch noch die Rechnung für die Zimmerreinigung etc.bekommen habe sonst wird's teuer für mich. Also und deswegen nie wieder in diesem Hotel, es gibt immer noch besseres und schöneres Hotels in Khao Lak.

ได้ห้องพักติดสระว่ายน้ำ เปิดประตูห้องปุ๊บกระโดลงน้ำได้เลยสนุกมากๆ มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ 2 ผืน พร้อมเสื้อคลุมและร่มให้ตามจำนวน (ห้องละ 2 ชุด) ข้อเสียคือพื้นห้องน้ำ ไม่ได้ทำต่างระดับกับภายนอกทำให้เวลาอาบน้ำ มีน้ำไหลออกมาจากห้องน้ำ

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. My experience wasn't very good. Service isn't good, food is just average, no one knows English properly and the staff is somewhat rude. Overall i wouldn't rate it over 2 out of 10. Baddd!

It was a very nice hotel and the stuff was every time just extremely friendly. I recommend this hotel for everybody. In the near you can find a street food market or a bazar. Really good beaches like the White Sand Beach or the Small Beach. And of course a lot of jungle.:) so I felt comfortable

Luxury hotel close to the beach. Good service and a very low price in low season. The only thing I can say something is for the bed, very bad quality bed.
Swimming pool excelent and a buffet breakfast very good. The have all the facilities for babies, baby chair, free cribs and kids room. Very satisfied in this experience! ️

We were here in the rain season, so i guess things run smoother in the season. The breakfast selection was reduced, but still good. Nice rooms, and helpful personell.

One of the most beautiful beach resorts I have stayed at for a very reasonable price. I had the beach front room, it was very spacious, airy and very well designed. The staff and their service is excellent, my room didnt have a wifi signal due to some problem and they gave me keys to the room next door which was getting a signal for me to do some work to make it up to me.

Tolles Personal, tolle Anlage, Riesenpool!
Unser Sohn ist in dieser Anlage im Urlaub krank geworden, das Personal hat sich so gut um ihn und uns gekümmert, es hat uns kostenfrei ein Shuttleservice zum Krankenhaus besorgt und wieder zurück!
Das beste an der Anlage ist definitiv das über aus tolle und freundliche Personal!

Only been here for approximatly 24 hours quite clean resort, nice and helpful staff, but their english is quite bad. 3 nice pools and an okay breakfast, overall pretty good

ถ้าเป็นช่วง Low season ที่นี่บรรยากาศเงียบสงบมากซึ่งต่างจากช่วง High Season พอสมควร ถ้าใครที่ชอบบรรยากาศเงียบๆสงบสงบ ก็ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ ใช้ได้เลยครับ ถึงแม้ที่นี้จะอยู่ริมทาง หลวงแต่ว่าเข้ามาข้างในนิดนึงก็ยังมีพวกร้านค้าขายของแต่ไม่ค่อยแนะนำเท่าไหร่เพราะว่าราคาค่อนข้างสูงครับแนะนำให้ขับรถออกไปข้างนอกนิดนึงหรือว่าขับไป ตรงเขาหลัก สี่แยกไฟแดงจะมีของกินเยอะกว่าและราคา ก็ถูก ไม่แพง

Great location and quality service from all of the staff. Multiple swimming pools for variety and is close to elephant sanctuary right across the road. Would recommend for big families also. Peaceful place.
