Fantastic place to stay! The staff are super helpful and the prices are great, the room was spotless and the pools were lovely! Nice beaches too! Would recommend to everyone's taste.

นับเป็นรีสอร์ทอีกแห่งที่น่าพัก สระว่ายน้ำติดห้องนอน และมีหลายสระให้ใช้ ที่สำคัญราคาต่อห้องต่อคืนไม่แพง รีสอร์ทติดทะเลสวยงาม. อาหารรสชาติดี (ไม่ที่สุด) บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเพิ่มอีกสัก4-5อย่างจะok. ขึ้นนะ. มีห้องประชุมสัมมนาที่ดีมาก

The hotel looks old at the common area but not in the room, I was staying in Deluxe Pool Access Room Number 506, the room is well cleaned EXCEPT at the balcony, it should be more clean, it was so dusty.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the security guard is well trained and professional.
F&B staffs at the restaurant are very polite.
The foods is delicious.
Overall is recommended to stay here with kids, the pools are very big, the kid’s pools also very big.

Amazing hotel! Got upgraded and was surprised how great all amenities was. Definately would recommend this hotel. The scenery and shops nearby is also a treat.

ห้องพัก เขาหลักโซนราคาถูก สไตยุคเก่า บริการดีมาก ห้องสะอาด หลังห้องที่พักลงเบ่นน้ำได้เลย อาหารมีครบทุกอย่าง ใกล้ๆ มีร้านขายของให้ชื่อใช้ สบาย

The hotel is great, and the rooms are spacious and big, but the problem was the shower, it leaked and our room flooded. There were a lot of mosquitos also and the floor wax they used left residue that stained our socks and slippers and cause my friend's mother to fall.

Breakfast was awesome, except for the birds that keep on eating the leftovers which are being ignored by the staff. The hotel premises are clean and there are a lot of places where you can take great photos.

We stayed at the hotel from May 1 - 3,2022 and booked two room (family room)

เข้าพักเมื่อ 4-6/5/22 รปภ. มารยาทดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารเช้าวันแรกลองทานขนมจีนมื้อเช้าอร่อยมากวันที่สองข้าวต้มปลาก็เยี่ยม เสียดายที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเลเพราะคลื่นแรงมาก ขอหักดาวนึงน่ะ เนื่องจากชักโครกต้องกดหลายครั้งหน่อย ไว้มีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกครับ ติดใจอาหารเช้า

ถ้ามาแบบสายเฮ เที่ยวกับเพื่อน ครอบครัว แนะนำคะ ติดทะเลสวยมาก ช่วงพระอาทิตย์ตกนี้คือไม่อยากไปไหนเลย นั่งดูวิวสวยๆ กับเครื่องดื่มโปรดสักแก้ว กับเพลงเพาะๆ ฟินสุดๆ แล้ว ยังไม่รวมถึงน้ำตกในพื้นที่ เกาะสิมิลัน (อันนี้ควรเช็ดก่อนเปิดฤดูกาลแล้วยัง) ตลาดสด สนุกกับธรรมชาติดีคะ

ห้องสะอาด เก็บเสียงค่อนข้างดี น้ำแรงมากๆ

Room is clean inside but at the balcony still a lot of dust. It would be better if hotel prepare slipper for guests too. The location quite far from Khao Lak market, so, not much choice of food you can find.
The beach and breakfast are very nice.
Still recommend to stay on vacation.

Very big hotel. If staying choose the bungalow on the beach side. It seems newer.

Had a great stay. Breakfast was good, try the ham and cheese omelet.

My girlfriend forgot her Nike sneakers and the staff found them and send them to our new hotel in Phuket - thanks!

ได้ห้องพักติดสระว่ายน้ำ เปิดประตูห้องปุ๊บกระโดดลงน้ำได้เลยสนุกมากๆ มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ 4 ผืน (อาบน้ำ 2 สระว่ายน้ำ 2) พร้อมเสื้อคลุมและร่มให้ตามจำนวน (ห้องละ 2 ชุด) ข้อเสียคือพื้นห้องน้ำ ไม่ได้ทำต่างระดับกับภายนอกทำให้เวลาอาบน้ำหรือแช่น้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำ โดยเฉพาะท่านที่พาเด็กๆ ไปด้วยอาจมีน้ำไหลออกมาจากห้องน้ำได้

Nice resort with nice employees. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. They beautiful beach and there are plenty of food and massage options arround the corner. The hotel bar/restaurant charges a service fee, so be aware before you tip. While we were there most guest appear to have come from germany, scandinavia and eastern europe. Very annoying are the people who lay down towels on sunbeds at 7am and then dont show up untill after 10am. Some persons even lay towels on two beds, eventhough they are alone. I suggest the resort implements a stricter policy to stop this behavior. Just remove towels and possessions after a bed has not been occupied for an hour or any towels laid down before 9am. The Briza is too large scale for my taste, and it reminds me of vacationing at the costa brava or costa del sol. It feels less like the Thailand we have experienced elsewhere.

Très mauvaise gestion, on nous a changé 3 fois de chambres, 1/2pension en restaurant avec menu fixe et mauvais. Prix pratique 3 fois au prix extérieur. Animateurs passant leur temps à jouer au ping pong et ne s occupent de personne. Mer très dangereuse balines. Un endroit pour s ennuyer à mourir. La Thaïlande oui mais briza beach à éviter à tout prix,!

Nice place to stay a bit out of Khao Lak. Staff is very friendly and positive. Amenities are not very new but well kept and the rooms are quite good.
