Paradise Koh Yao Resort Thailand

The whole facility is nice, food is good, staff is really kind but rooms are not clean enough regarding to the standing announced. Cleaning is not done every day and straw falling from the ceiling get all the room dirty. In addition the resort is really isolated from everything, the middle of nowhere so you have to eat, drink and entertaining in the resort, which is really expensive.

We did not stay at Paradise but ate there regularly. As we actually stayed in the Treehouse Villas as part of the same complex. The food and service were very good, a little slow at times, but let’s face it we were in no rush as it was paradise.

Good, if at times a little claustrophobic resort. Lovely quiet spot. Beach is beautiful if not perfect for bathing all day due to very low mud flats that run out to the edge of the reef. Lovely staff. Good local food. Overpriced local beers. Loved Roots restaurant in the sister Treehouse hotel.

Loved it better than pictures showed and staff are the best any where I have been in the world what lovely people

Like living in the series "Lost" but without the monsters ;-) I would like to stay there for ever: -D

Regarding the SPA, the communication is difficult with the staff and they were at times limit Rude.

Absolutely outstanding in every way. Very relaxing. Quick responsive staff. Beautiful surroundings. Value for money.

It's a paradise. Compared to other resorts this place delivers so much value for money. Only downside, there is no easy way to leave the place, accept by boat. Unfortunately the resort charges a lot for the boat service.

Great place for a short special trip.restaurants are good.accomodation is lovely. Fabulous location

A very nice hotel. Rooms super charming. They have a big bath and you can open the window next to it. Just enjoy the nature! There is also a ultra fancy villa if u are with a group or family. Infinity pool, view over the beach.

The food was delicious. Its not that expensive over there.
But you dont have a choise. Hou have to eat at the hotel. No markets, boulevards to take a walk.
They have trips to the main village on the island.

The staff was friendly you can ask them everything.

There is 1 swimmingpool and offcourse a big beach. There are bars aswell they have happy hour. They ring bells when it kicks of.

It was one of the most beautifull and peacefull places I have seen in Thailand.

This place lives up to its name a true slice of paradise great food good massages wounderful lovely staff. It is totally sucluded on its very own private beach best way is to arrive by one of the resorts private boats. If you want to really relax and get away on a tropical island with no hassel I would very highly recommend. If you want to party and shop and can't sit still probably not for you.

Nice place for holiday if you like a quite place, the island is well protected, we went for island hopping, kayaking, fishing, just amazing. But if you’re looking for nice beaches, this is not the place

A must for the romantics and those wanting to get away from the world I wish I could return more frequently extremely romantic. Brilliant wonderful staff.

My friends are stolen US $200 in 1 night at this resort. They stay at 2 separate bedrooms and $100/bedroom. They tried to deal with us but we're really disapointed

Exceptional poor service. Road entrance is a junky trash pile. I went on a hike over the hill, to the Big Tree. I saw the water collection for the Paradise, and its a disaster. Petroleum leaking into the marsh. Petroleum in the ocean, staining the beach. Should be illegal. But it is unethical and immoral. Not doing business with these people.

Second time on the island and we love it its home to us thats why we return each year see adam at the sundowner and he will look after you great local bloke 5 star service

• We stay at private pool villa but the room and pool have no privacy at all. Staff walk in and out, uncontrolled.
• The service was unprofessional, arrogant.
• Reception desk and restaurant staff were poor service.
• Immigrant workers.
• The food was bad, not good at all.
• Boat and activity staff were the only good service staff.

Fantastic resort. Unlike many others, they do respect local wildlife so you may find all sorts of local animals around (nothing dangerous).

Prices are a bit high on food and drinks.

Tours are amazing although a bit expensive. You can gey excellent tours with very small groups or even private if you are more than two people.
