Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and lots of attention to detail. It’s a 4 star but gets a 5 star rating from us.

Lovely place with great service staff brilliant my only problem with prices of drink and food.mainly drink a small beer 125 Bart

Poor management and outdated.could be much better.
Walk in rates should not be more expensive than the online booking as no commission is payable.
Slow check in process.
Dated furniture in rooms and no hot water as solar panels had received no sun yet.
Overpriced resort! Not worth what you pay.

We live in Phuket and visit Khao Lak often.
Check out the Marriot or the Haven the are located in the same and the service is excellent!

Incredible AGAIN. We had our Honeymoon here last year. Came back this year as we loved it so much. Once again the place was amazing and the employees were fantastic. Set up an anniversary present for us. They informed us about the building work on an adjacent site, but this did not cause any problems. Thank you Manathai

ห้องพักแบบวิลล่าสวยมาก แต่เสียดายที่กลางคืนมีค้างคาวมาเกาะที่หลังคา

สะอาด สวยงาม บริการดี อาหารเช้าหลากหลายดีมากๆเลยค่ะ แล้วก้อร่อยด้วย แต่ครัวตรงสระว่ายน้ำ อาหารน้อยไปนิดนึ่ง ถ้าเพิ่มเมนูให้หลากหลายขึ้นจะดีมากเลยค่ะ เตียงนอนชายหาดรอตอนซันเซทสวยสุดๆประทับใจมากๆเลยค่ะ ^^

We booked the garden villa and we loved it! We received a sunset drink each day with fresh fruit, the property is beautiful with a great quite beach and excellent staff! I would highly suggest

I spent eight days and nine nights here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and attractive and the staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly.
The beach location was beautiful and there were many attractions within driving distance e.g. Hillside Elephant Sanctuary, National Parks, Tsunami Museums, temples, markets and many little restaurants and massage huts. I would come back again.
