Manathai Khao Lak

We are now in this great hotel for the second week. There is nothing to criticize. We feel completely comfortable every day. Nothing is missing here. Very well maintained complex, not much going on on the beach. A paradise for small children. Jörg, the friendly hotel manager, often asks whether everything is OK. O.is. A very successful holiday.

Magnificent hotel. The rooms are spacious and pleasant.
The staff is very kind! Smile, availability. Really, it helps to have a great vacation.
The excellent food is varied, extra breakfast and lunch or dinner served on the plate. Unlimited bottles of water.
A magnificent beach, the attentive staff will take care of finding you a deckchair.
Very small downside:
For those who don't know English, a little complicated.

This hotel is wonderful and suitable for people who want to relax in vacation. They have many guest activity like kayaking, paddle board, big pool and every staff here is so friendly. I really like here.

Very nice hotel in every aspect!
The rooms are nice and very clean, the pool is nice and for kids there are great activities (but for little age) also the Yoga classes in the mornings on the beach were super good (and not that easy)
The staff are extra kind! Specially at the reception.
The only thing we didn’t like that much was the food at the restaurant but there are other Thai local restaurants a few meters after at the beach so we went to eat there.
Great place! Highly recommended?

This is our second time to stay at Outrigger Khao Lak, this time we are able to see the beach and the sea from lobby and it looks more modern as they change the partitions around the lobby. Landscaping definitely upgrade with foot-path linking from room to garden and beach. The room we stay is very nice and clean. Room maid is very polite and helpful. We also walk around the resort, new kids club playground looks amazing, also restaurant next to the playground is nice decorated. There are many things have been changed from my first visited, but the service from staff here is still my first reason to be back. Since my arrival, staff recognize myself and still give me their warm welcome everywhere we go. However, we think my third time here is no longer anymore, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others as I’m sure they will be happy and like this hotel as I’m

I came across this resort while driving back to Bangkok. Initially intended to stop by for lunch. But smiling staff, good service Including the beautiful and peaceful place that made me decide to stay here for 1 night and it did not disappoint me to see a very beautiful sunset view. Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of me.

Everything is good especially the services. All the staffs have service mind and very friendly. I gave the location 4 stars because, though the resort is right on the beach, it is out of the city. It may not convenient to go back and forth unless you drive a car/motorbike. Anyway, we'll come back again.

The location & view is just unbelievable amazing. The hotel rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help & make our stay unforgettable. There open restaurant concept with restaurant &bar next to the pool and Food & Beverage options were great and make the overall experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxing holidays with friends, there partner and also for families with kids. Looking forward to visiting again for my next stay in Phuket.

มาพักที่เอาท์ริกเกอร์เขาหลัก ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 3 แล้วค่ะ โปรดี:) ประทับใจการบริการของพนักงานที่สุดค่ะ รวมถึงคุณแว้บ ผู้จัดการรีสอร์ทด้วย ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด คุณสาวแม่บ้านจะทิ้งโน็ตเล็ก ๆ ในช่วง turndown service น้อง ๆ สานทางมะพร้าวได้น่ารักมาก ๆ มาพักแต่ละครั้งยังไม่ซ้ำเลยค่ะ อาหารที่โรงแรมก็อร่อยมากและไม่แพงเลย ไปพัก 2 คืน คืนแรกทานที่รีสอร์ทค่ะ เพราะขี้เกียจออกไปข้างนอก สัก 5 โมงเย็นควรไปหน้าหาด ดื่มเบา ๆ ดูแสงพระอาทิตน์ตกแล้วดินเนอร์ตาม เราไปช่วงหน้าฝน ทะเลอาจไม่เป็นใจให้ถ่ายรูปสวยๆ แต่เพราะการบริการและมาตรฐานของเอาท์ริกเกอร์ ทำให้ทริปนี้ได้พักผ่อนเต็มที่ เพื่อน ๆ ที่ไปด้วยก็มีความสุขมากค่ะ กลับไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ:)

Wer die Ruhe finden will, ist hier genau richtig! Bei der Ankunft hatte ich / wir das Gefühl im Paradies angekommen zu sein! Von der Rezeption aus hat man eine Aussicht zum niederknien. Die Hotelanlage ist umgeben von Palmen, Bananenstauden, wild wachsende Orchideen usw.man fühlt sich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt überaus freundlich und nett. (In Thailand sind eh alle freundlich!) Das Essen im Hotel ist TOP! Das Frühstück ebenso. Die Zimmer sind ok und sauber. Pool ist ausreichend groß und der Strand schön sauber. Am Strand entlang befinden sich viele kleine "Restaurants". Unglaublich günstig und unglaublich lecker.

Thailand ist das Paradies auf Erden

Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort wenn man die Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Alle Angestellten durchweg freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

We stayed here in February for my Sons wedding blessing. Fabulous place. Staff can't do enough for you. Food at reception was amazing as was buffet breakfast. Gorgeous beach with amazing sunset. Thank you for looking after us all x

Very quiet resort which is exactly what I required. A beach restaurant which is reasonably priced. A small convenience store opposite resort. If you want a busy day there are markets and shops a short cab journey away. Room was superb and all the staff were very helpful friendly professional and a credit to their employers. Nothing was too much effort and they couldn’t do enough to help.
I would highly recommend this hotel/resort if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. I can’t wait to return.

Stayed here 3 weeks ago:
Cannot fault the service - staff are wonderful! The food and drink served at the beach bar is overpriced and nothing special. But the breakfast which is served till 10: 30AM is good with a large varied selection. Eggs cooked in front of you, to your liking.

The location is quite far out from the main town area however we rented moped which took us 15mins to get into town.

One of the best beds slept in. Room made up every day.

However atmosphere is more for older couples/ family. No music played at the pool and beach area.
Lots of OAPs!

Best place.very quite. Perfect service well maintained. Recommended for families and for those that want to relax

Rooms are basic and facing construction side. Booked in September and asked for quiet side.wouldn't go back

Nice place with good view very clean the thing that is a problem is that it 17 km from center even there is a shuttle once a hour from 2 pm
