Koh Yao Seaview Bungalow

Very nice people and nice place.
Things which can be improved:
- provide water refill station so we can refill our bottles and use less plastic (plastic is almost never recycled but let in the nature)
- add more vegetarian/vegan options in the restaurant

Friendly staff, perfect bungalows, beautiful island and stunning view.
Bonus: the food served at the restaurant is absolutely stunning.
Only downside: breakfast is not included, and while it is understandable that there is a breakfast menu, it would be nice to have at least a slice of toast with a cup of tea or coffee and some fruit included (as it often is elsewhere^^)

Schöne Bungalows in toller Lage am Strand, ruhig, familienfreundlich und liebe Gastgeber. Baden im Meer nur bei Flut möglich, sonst Pool.

Amazing accommodation for the very cheap price in this quiet lovely island. Sit back, relax and enjoy this local part of Thailand that doesn't assault your ear drums like many other parts of Thailand! Would definitely stay here again.

Local business bungalow running by a local family. Friendly staff to welcome you as your family. They are also very helpful. Comfortable room. I love the pool in the middle. Nice relax.

Fantastic place to stay, right on the beach with the inner bungalows around the pool having air con. The food is tasty and very cheap compared to the mainland, fed a family of 5 with main meals and cokes ect for 740 baht approx £18: 00. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere with nice quality accommodation. Would stay here again in the future.

A really wonderful accommodation. This family-run spot is somewhat humble, but in terms of experience it actually compares quite favorably to the pricier resort I stayed at at nearby Koh Yao Yai.

The bungalows are clean and well-maintained, and the pool is brand new. The beach is wonderful. In terms of location, this spot is a bit further down the road and so far away from the more crowded tourist hotspots on the island. That means peace and quiet.

There is a restaurant on-site that serves decent and cheap food.

Nice location at the beach, swimming in the ocean is only possible with high tide. The bungalows are clean and nice, only coffee/tea would have been nice, as you can only get (instant) coffee at the restaurant for money. The restaurant is okay, but sadly very westernized / not authentic. E.g. It was impossible to get a remotely spicy dish even after explicitly asking for it. Friendly staff. Good place for families (lots of children).

A great family place. We stayed here with three kids for 10 days. We loved everything about it. It is family runnerd, they are so nice and friendly. The seve very nice Thai food with big portions for a cheap price. There is a nice and calm atmosphere where the children can play and be there without any complains. The rooms are clean and nice, we had one with aircon and pool view. The children used a lot of time in the pool or at the beach. We mostly stayed around Koh Yao Seaview, however a 10 min walk on the beach you come to Suntisook Cafe, really nice coffee, tea, cheesecake and mangolassies. We also used the drop in yoga next door for 300 baht, that was nice and relaxing.

Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and accommodating. The accommodation, although basic, has a wonderful allure of a private beach and being able to step straight into a quite world that feels quiet special. The restaurant is good quality and there are plenty options. Plenty of trips are on offer and transport can be rented so it is easy to get round

Beautiful bungalows in a great side with pool. Good breakfast and friendly hosts. Location by the sea is not ideal, but due to the low price a good choice.

Price is high for a night. Swimming pool was not very clean. Food is very good, people are friendly.
