Koh Yao Seaview Bungalow

Pleasant little bungalow, either near the swimming pool or facing the sea. Meals not included, but free coffee/tea and sandwiches. Lovely staff. For the beach and the sea, you have to be there at high tide. Scooter rental is displayed at 350 baht per day, but if there are many of us (we rented 4), negotiating to lower the price to the neighbors' rate is doable.

A stunning place. In front of the beach. It's not bad at all that there is no air conditioning! Calm and peaceful

Stayed 3 nights and overall had a great experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was nice but a little hot. The beach is seconds away but tidal so best to check tide times if you want daytime swim in the sea. Breakfast was great and the manager can provide support with trips and taxis/bikes etc. Felt sad to leave.

These bungalows were fantastic. Great amenities for the price. This video is the sunrise where we did thai chi. Very beautiful views from the beach and <5 minute walk from Island Yoga!

Basic seaside bungalow with great customer service and reasonable yummy foods.

Our room could use a bit of updated on hooks in the bathroom but other than that very spacious and clean. Can’t wait to revisit again.

A great hideaway on a wonderfull island off the coast of Phuket. Not many tourists so it was quiet and peaceful. The seaview bungalows are far enough from the main areas but close to restaurants. It has a private beach for relaxing. A yoga center next door allows you to participate in sunrise activities if you are so inclined. The restaurant at Seaview Bungalows has a good quality and price for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A great find.

Amazing staff. Extremely helpful. All of transfers were handled with no issues and extremely cheaply. The food is delicious and inexpensive. The beach is so clean and warm.

One of the best location with ocean view, swimming pool is also there, great hospitality, you can get scooty on rent also, ask for some activiy, they have beers, cold drinks, water bottle,
In room, you will get tv ac, small fridge (mini bar),
And many more, the distance from this sea view bungalows to north pier is just 400-500 metres,
Mini market is just 200 meters away,
You can see a varieties of cats over there, just love them, doni chase,

Beautiful and calm place run by always smiling and kind family. Delicious food in decent prices. Overall we had great time here. Highly recommended.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein traumhaft schöner Strand. Ebbe und Flut sind deutlich spürbar da das Wasser nicht sehr tief ist.

Will definitely stay again if we visit the island again! Nice bungalow and good location, it’s right on the beach and close to most of the restaurants. The family who hosted us is so helpful and heart warming. Genuine big smile always! And they’ve got very cute kitties! Highly recommended!

มาพักที่นี้ 1คืน บรรยากาศดีครับ วิวที่พักติดชายหาด เสียดายตรงไม่ทราบว่าคนน้อยหรืออย่างไร เพียงแตงค่เวลา2030 ทางรีสอทได้ปิดไฟบริเวณชายหาดไปขณะที่ผู้พักอาศัยนั่งอยู่ชายหาด

Love this island and this place in particular. The family as so so so nice. Not at all greedy and super friendly. They helped with taxis and boats and took no additional charges. Prices were better that when we looked else where.
Khun Oi seems to always want to give us fruit and Khun Ice is very friendly with PERFECT English for a kid she does a great job running the front desk.
The site is well developed and quite.
The room is big enought with large fridge and tv (never used by us) and on the beach when the tide is in lends its self to stunning views. Grounds are well maintained. I have seen review of people saying it's run down. It's not. If they think that they are staying at the wrong place go to 6 sense.
This place is perfect. We left the island and went to Phuket we miss the island and this place see we left Phuket and returned here for the rest of the holiday. The family make the place. Keep up the great job guys.
They don't serve food anymore might be Covid or the negitive reviews below but they rent a scooter for a reasonable price and many lovely eateries around and near by.
The water is very shallow if it's in and when out it's got lots of nature such as crabs but there is a beach to sunbath in if you want or just go and explore the island.

แนะนำคนที่ชอบบังกาโลริมทะเล ลมพัดเย็นสบายทั้งวันค่ะ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาดดีมาก รีสอร์ทเพิ่งมีการปรับปรุงต้นปีนี้ รีสอร์ทอยู่ใกล้ท่าเรือท่าเขาสะดวกสำหรับใครที่อยากนั่งเรือไปดำดูปะการังหรือไปตกปลา หรือใครอยากนอนเปลริมหาด จะมองเห็นวิวป่าเกาะ ใครชอบถ่ายรูปสวยๆมาที่นี่เหมาะมากค่ะ

ปล. บริเวณรีสอร์ทมีนกเงือกหลายตัว บินเล่นไปมาให้เห็นทั้งวันค่ะ

ที่พักสะอาด สงบ บรรยากาศดี ที่สำคัญเจ้าของบริการดีมาก เป็นกันเอง ประทับใจมากๆ หากมีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักใหม่ค่ะ
