Popular local place serving delicious chicken rice! Very simple surroundings but fresh and delicious food. So good that I ordered twice!

Best staff and owners. Beautiful grounds/landscaping with wonderfully decorated teak rooms. Great rice field views.

This place is a really undiscovered spot for those who like to hike for a view. It’s location is perfect if you’re staying in Nan centre and have a moped to hand.
There is a map of the park at the entrance.
Whilst there are paths marked out, the maintenance of these paths isn’t the best. We went up to see the caves first but after one cave turned back around because a big fallen tree was blocking the path. We then went up another path to a viewpoint, this is quite a hike but definitely doable for people of reasonable fitness. There are no views on the way up due to the forest trees and unfortunately we turned back just shy of the summit because we saw a big snake disappear under a bed of leaves that was in our path with no clear way around. I was gutted we didn’t make it to the top, but I managed to scramble up some other rocks and can confirm that the view from the top will be spectacular, you can see hilltops for miles.
Something to note is that we have come at the end of Jan/start of Feb and the ground is covered in a deep layer of fallen leaves. This made the path a lot more slippery than usual and made us much more wary of snakes that may be hiding under them (like the one we saw near the summit!) (see photos).
We didn’t see another visitor at the park the entire time we were there which was surprising but made it a peaceful trip.
The path is clearly marked from the entrance and has blue arrows to show the path to the top.

วิว สวย บรรยากาศดีมาก เหมาะกับการมาไปตลอดๆ แต่ดี มาตอนก่อนเกี่ยวข้าวจะ น่าจะสวยมาก รอบหน้าถ้าไปอีกจะลองสั่งเมนูอื่นๆทานดู

ร้านมีความมืออาชีพ มีที่นอนเยอะดูเหมือนร้านเล็กแต่ไม่เล็กมีที่นวดเยอะนวดได้หลายคนหมอมือค่อนข้างหนักตรงจุดเลยค่ะ

อาหารอร่อย เสริฟไว ราคาโอเค ไม่ถูกไม่แพงจนเกินไป ตัวเลือกอาจจะไม่เยอะมาก แต่ภาพรวมดีค่ะ บรรยากาศดี ติดแม่น้ำ

The location is good being close to the town and owners are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and the bed is ok but pillows a bit hard and too big. Bathroom is large and shower with plenty of hot water. The room I had on the 4th floor was old looking and bits of plaster falling from upper walls and mould stains. The air cond is loud and no window in the room felt suffocating for me as I like fresh air. The air cond would constantly kick in then shut off making the room quite cold then hot then cold again, etc.not a great night's sleep.
