Great team organizing our full day trip! Don’t skip the private tour, totally worth it. We loved snorkeling at Nui bay, swimming at the shark point in the evening and seeing the sunset in between of the two islands. Lastly, we went to look for sea plankton at Monkey beach, when it went dark. Our captains really great as well!

We had two separate snorkelling and long tail boat trips arranged by Eli and the visa travel team phi phi. Our captain was very polite, knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time. We are travelling with two young children (5 and 8 years). Eli and the captain made sure they had life jackets and masks / snorkels to fit. Our first trip was so good that we organised a second trip (to a different part of the island) the following day. Eli arranged the second trip with 30 mins notice - the weather was good so we thought why not go again - Captain Rob was waiting in our hotel reception to meet us 30 mins later. Thoroughly enjoyable and thoroughly recommend.

Our long tail boat tour with Visa Travel was great - we had a friendly captain, who completely tailored the trip to where we chose. Our favourite stop by far was Pileh Lagoon - but we also enjoyed Loh Samah Bay, Maya Bay (beach was closed off for regeneration of the ecosystem) and Monkey Beach.

Time to give this a 5 star review. Did a long tail boat tour, Scuba diving tour and a fishing tour. Everything went smoothly with Eli handling all the admin. We caught a queen fish and saw many sea creatures during the tours. Well recommended:) :)

We planned a trip to Maya Bay, from Phi Phi to Krabi and a trip vom Krabi to Kho Phangan with Visa Travel and everything went perfect! If you have any questions you can call them and they immediately try to solve any problems) we are super happy and the journeys were great!

Enjoyed our private longtail boat day of 7hrs. However finding out that I could’ve saved nearly 1500thb by booking in person rather than on the website was a bit of a let down. The boat driver was very helpful and spoke good English. The sea was very rough that day and we didn’t get to see the plankton or bamboo island, but we were just glad we made it back safely.
My recommendation, wait till you get to the island and book in person and haggle, don’t book through the website.

Me and my friends rented a private speedboat for the whole day. A really incredibly amazing trip, fantastically organised and delivered. Flexibility to stay places longer if we wished and an unbelievable commitment to making sure we got the most out of it and the best experience possible. The sunset plankton tour we did with visa travel team was disappointing. Our captain was not friendly at all, did not help us off the boat, and screamed at passengers for standing even though they hadn’t heard him say to not stand. He also did not hand out the food to us or the snorkels (we had to get it all ourselves) or tell us anything about what we were looking at. Most disappointing of all (and not fully the company's fault) was that we did not get to see the plankton because of the rough water. Because of this, I recommend you do a speedboat tour instead, to guarantee you can stay out later and not be afraid that the boat will capsize due to the wind. Despite these things, the actual snorkeling location was fun and we got to see a lot of fish and monkeys. Furthermore, the company was receptive to our criticism though and handled our response well-offered us a refund and was extremely nice. They also accommodated for vegetarians, and changed the meal for everyone which was thoughtful.

Don't buy the transfer to Bangkok. Broke 3 times and left us in the middle of nowhere. We had to pay a van.

The best trip ever for me. I recomend it from all my heart. The staff very friendly, not rush and they teach you everything.the guide was very good and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend a private charter with this company. We chartered a long boat for a full day at a reasonable rate. Captain Fen was knowledgeable and took us to the best possible sites in line with what we wanted to do: snorkel, see the well known sites, and visit a rather private beach. The company was very easy to work with and very responsive by email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Private speed boat is great, clean and new. Captain and crew were extremely professional and perfect tour guides, making the best they could to make our day incredible. I usually have a high standard, and this tour exceeded my expectations, phi phi is very beautiful. Very recommended. Captain was happy to go snorkelling with us and also showed us turtle and small sharks!

The tour was completely ok. We did the one day trip early bird tour and were so happy to see the places with no so many tourists, it was definitely worth paying a bit more. Captain spoken basic English, guides were awesome and very helpful. Plenty of fruit, lunch and cold water on the boat, you can drink as much as you want. I drop my go pro by mistake and the captain was so nice and took about half an hour to find and he did! I was so grateful. I would recommend this tour.

The captain was very nice, his English wasn't perfect but we could communicate with hands and map. He tried his best to meet our requirements and take us to some nice snorkelling spots with lesser people and fantastic underwater scenery. 100% recommended! My favourite was the lagoon, which has an incredible colour of water, just fantastic.

We enjoyed a nice day on Bamboo island with snorkelling and relaxing, the place itself was stunning, the water was so clear with white sand. I recommend everyone to visit Bambo island when coming to Koh Phi Phi. We were happy that we rented a private longtail boat and left the port early at 7 am, there was almost no one there. Around 11 am some boats were starting to arrive for the day trips and it got busy. When you arrive at Bamboo island we had to pay 400baht.

I took a private boat tour with my friend, as it was just me, she and the captain at the boat I thought my belongs were safe. But 5 min after I left the boat I noticed 200 dollars were taken from my wallet. I came back to the office and eventhough the owner and the manager were kind, they put me in a such awful situation. Because I had to confront the captain, whom of course said he didnt do anything, and they gave me his backpack inspect, what made me feel worst.
In the end I was told that I could go to the police station to make a complain, I would spend the whole night there, and after that the case would go to court. But the company itself couldnt to anything.
Well when we hire a travel company we expect that its employees will be under its responsability, and we hope that if something wrong happen during their services the company will take the responsibility. But eventhough the owner and the manager were regarful, in the end their washed their hands for what happened.
The owner gave me 1k baht in return, what doesnt represent neither 1% of what it was taken from me and the terrible feeling I had.

Peguei um passeio privado de barco e o capitão me roubou 200 dolares. Voltei na agencia e apesar de bem tratada pelo proprietario e pela gerente, no final eles me disseram que o maximo que poderiam fazer é me acompanhar a uma delegacia de policia para fazer o bo.

I and my friends did the half-day trip with sunset and had a very good time, the locations were beautiful, especially the lagoon. Captian was nice and friendly and we had a very nice group of people on the boat. We got a sandwich for lunch which was ok and there was also some fruit. Good value for the price.
