We took a 4 hour trip to Koh Phi Phi Leh with the agency. Booking was easy online via the website. Inquiries were answered promptly. Payment possible via PayPal. Just for a trip. The skipper with the long-tail boat was on time, and after a quick check of the voucher we set off. The trip was nice, the skipper catered to our wishes. Snorkeled twice and visited Maya Bay and Rileh Bay. Viking Cave and Monkey Beach, which I personally didn't find worth seeing. There was water and pineapple on board. We liked it. Tip: start as early as possible. All in all, the trip is worth seeing and the agency is recommended.

We can't go to Bamboo because of the waves, but the sunrise private toure was so great, without crowd on Maya Bay. The captain was great, we recommend to everyone

Half-day excursion with the longtail boat with transfer from Phuket. Everything was very well organized and visa travel team phi phi thinks along with you very well, for example, a slightly later pick-up was also possible and we were able to find out the times of the speedboat there and back ourselves. Our driver and captain were very good and friendly. Due to a bit of sea sickness, we wanted to return to land a little earlier and the captain took this into account and we were able to enjoy the beautiful view there. It is recommended to take the speedboat back a little later so that you can find a beach and relax there.

My husband and I decided to go on a full-day speedboat trip from 10: 00 a.m. To 7: 30 p.m. The guide spoke English, was very communicative, helpful and had a sense of humor. The trip plan was very intense, but at the same time we had a lot of time to relax on Bamboo Island. We wholeheartedly recommend Visa Travel to everyone. Thank you very much:)

If you’re not into the crowded places just tell the captain and he will park the boat away from everyone so you can have some privacy.

We booked one day trip visiting the most beautiful places in Phi Phi, and the connection fron Phi Phi to Koh Pha Ngan. Everything was as expected. The excurion, one of the most beautiful experiences I have, and the connection to Koh Pha Ngam as scheduled. We fully appreciate the sympathy of Bas and his colleagues in tthe frontdesk. Short story: original captain assigned us to another captain who does not speak english. New captain was the only worker for 12 people in longboat for which he had problems controlling and leaving pier, island. We were one and only longboat who went to Bamboo island from Phi phi through storm (thats why probably original captain did not went and gave us to another unreasonabal person who will go through storm). And guess what happens with such small boat and 12 people on board going through storm? We almost flipped 3 times, people were screaming on boat because of that and were not sure if we will reach the bamboo island even when most were great swimmers, not as me with wife. Honestly we were afraid of our lifes because you never know what can happen when boat flips and there is up to 2 metters waves. So when we got to bamboo island (we took about 1hour) me and wife decided not to continue with longboat in such storm. Longboat lelt without us and locals helped us to get to speedboat and return to phi phi. (Island guards were shoating on captain about coming here in storm and thats why they did not helped him to leave island because they did not want to be part of this crazyness)

In the end: Visa did not refund us because they offered the refund before jumping onboard in storm and blamed us for that decision. Imagine that: we should know first timers tourist if it is safe or not to go on such boat in storm. And if captain thinks it is safe to go then it means no problem and our fault that we are overreacting (even when we are active couple: rope jumping, parachuting from 4km, skiing, etc) which I do not agree with.

It seems that if they care about to assign one worker who cant speak english alone through storm for 12 people. So they care about money and profits, defending their workers even when they are wrong and risking customers life. It does not mean if "driver" has "driving license" he is good "driver" and takes always best decisions and knows best - asks yourself how many people you know who drives but cant drive.
I think Visa usually does a good job (we booked next day speedboat) but only this time probably original captain did not want to cancel trip and go himself so reassigned to some kind of unreasonable captain that they could share profits and risk people lifes.

So 0/5 for risking people lifes for probably 100 eur. Eli was support person we talked with.

We had an amazing experience with Visa Travel Phi Phi! We had an early morning flight out of Krabi and couldn’t make it on the earliest Ferry, so I reached out to this company to arrange a speedboat transfer. We booked a one day trip with this company and it was really cool. Since booking we received excellent service.
The staff is very friendly. They give us snacks and lunch, both delicious. They pay attention to your food preference (vegetarian).

Beause of the shuttle schedule to our hotel, we weren't able to finish the tour but it wasn't a problem, that took us to the boat pair.

Sadly we had to cancelled the second day trip, and it wasn't an issue, we received excellent service and the refound.

We strongly recommend you to choose this company for boat tips at the Phi Phi islands and also we recommend you to book a private boat to avoid crowds.

Very easy to get in touch with Visa Visa Travel through whatsapp or just walk by their office. We arranged a private boattour for the next day. For a very good price you will get a private longtailboat with captain, mask and snorkelset, life jacket, fruit and free water. We did the 7 hour tour and started early in the morning to be on time at Maya Bay before the big crowd, this was magical. The sea can be a bit rough, sometimes scary, but the captain knew what he was doing. We also went to different beaches where did some nice swimming and snorkeling where we have seen some really beautiful fishes. You can choose your on route and stay as long as you want at a place. So definitely would recommend, it is a reliable Travel Company with good staff. They also offer a lot of other nice packages. If I come back to Phi Phi one day, I will definitely book again.

We booked the full day group speed boat tour around Ko Phi Phi. This was a great option to see all the most popular sights around the island. The tour guide was very friendly and happy to answer questions about Thailand, the fish, and the sights. The lunch wasn’t spectacular, but was standard for tours. The start of the day visited more crowded spots as was expected, but by the end we were able to snorkel in secluded spots and saw incredible sea life! We also met friendly, interesting people from around the world. The bioluminescent plankton were a highlight! Would recommend to anyone looking to see everything in a day, though certainly more touristy and crowded than a private tour.

Full day trip was good. I meet a lot of international people. They touched the main spot on the island and also the lunch box was not so bad. At the info point some guys are really kind, someone not at all.

Absolutely exceptional experience on our boat trip around the Viking caves, Maya Beach and Monkey Beach. Swapped WhatsApp messages after we’d booked to confirm everything, they were ready for us 15 mins early and afterwards checked in via WhatsApp that we had enjoyed our day. Super flexible, very dependable and a fantastic experience at the end of it. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The best place where to go when you wanna explore island. Scuba diving with Mr. Kaitong was amazing and definitely it wasn’t our last trip with this group of great people. They offer private trips around island, swimming with bioluminescent plankton etc. - (open website)
