Peace Laguna Resort & Spa

One of the worst customer services I ever experienced, they have absolutely no compassion for guests. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Good service. There are 3 swimming pools where you can enjoy the sunlight. And the pools and locker rooms are available after the checkout. Really enjoyed being there. And the noodle restaurant just in front of the resort is really nice. The food is good and yhe prices are reasonable.

We got a free upgrade to a larger room. The staff was very friendly, helpful and the room looked beautiful. The whole resort had 3 pools so there was always room at any of the pools. There was a wide range of food at breakfast and free afternoon tea

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, dies kann sowohl ein Pluspunkt als auch Minuspunkt sein. Die zentrale Straße ist doch sehr touristisch und beeinträchtigt etwas das paradiesische Umfeld.
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell.

Great only that there's currently no beach access at the moment which is a shame. Also the hotel never informed us of this at booking or at check in.

Want peace peace laguna is the right choice. Great staff perfect hospitality by KIM at reception. Everything is nearby and easily accessible. Full to them

Hi we stayed for two days in cottage room no value for money, staff is rude, service is hopless, no veg menu, even for water they kept in waiting for hours, in breakfast they dont reffile inspite of repetaid saying
So pla avoid stay here

Good place to stay.has a lot of greenery which gives you the feel of staying in midst of nature.resort staff is very friendly. Hotel has an excellent location with a 5min walk to the beach and less than that to the buzzing commercial street

The room and the area is really good and so is the morning breakfast, but the staff are real bad. They must be trained in how to handle customers. If customer satisfaction is not your priority, then why would I care if you are a 4 star hotel? If you could just close your eyes to the staff at reception, this hotel is a great place.
