Really nice location, beautiful and quiet.
The staff were really nice and helpful. Especially Mr. Aut (I think his name) from the reception helped us book a nice boat trip.
Excellent breakfast, there was plenty of variety to choose from. However, you must remember to tell those who make omelettes to fry them a bit more so that you don't get raw eggs.
With that said.
We stayed two families in two superior rooms for 14 days. There was mold in both rooms and not even all the mold spots were registered. The mattress on the sofa was decidedly clammy with old stains from one thing or another. Also, there were ants in the room. The three of us stayed in one of the rooms, where one gets a fold-out bed which was rusty. However, it was softer than real beds.
Old, worn, dirty rooms that urgently need to be renovated. The cleaning lady makes the beds, empties the bins and does a quick sweep, but that's it. Although we were at the reception to ask for new sheets and cleaning of the toilet more often, it only happened once. The shower or the bathroom in general (the toilet bowl itself) was not cleaned during the entire stay of 14 days, only once because we said so at the reception.
The pool area was generally fantastic if you were lucky enough to snag a sunbed. There are clearly not enough sunbeds, which is why the sunbeds are reserved early in the morning.if you are at one of the three pools after 09: 00, there are no more sunbeds. Was up to say it at the reception and the answer was just sorry and they couldn't do anything about it.
Fitness was small but there were the basics. However, this also needs a renovation and, not least, cleaning. I'm pretty sure there hasn't been cleaning for a month as there was a note on which you had to write your name and room number, the pen was missing and the last one that had been written on was a month ago. Would not think you should drink the water from the water machine in the fitness room. A fine piece of fabric was placed around the water can and when you removed the fabric the can was completely dull like plastic now becomes when it is old.

Property is located in a prime location. However misses on basic amenities and professionalism. We were told that the room that we are supposed to get is under renovation and an alternative was arranged after we showed up making us to wait. Wifi is a pain and keeps disconnecting. Our block is undergoing renovation as well whole we are accommodated. The icing on thr cake is the unavailability of hot water in the shower for which we had to wait for almost midnight to know that it will not be fixed and alternative is to use shower in another room! All these happened within hours of checking in and we are not sure what else to expect. Hopefully this experience shouldn't spoil our memories in Krabi.

Love everything! The staff is very nice and very helpful. They do everything to make the guests happy. Was here for two weeks and had a great time!

Calm and harmonious environment for those who want to rest! Very cozy bungalows!

The only thing missing was a bit more night life in the hotel and the rooms could be more refreshed! Recommend!

A picturesque hotel very near to the beach and the main road. All within walkable distance.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the staff is awesome. 100% recommended.

GOOD: The view is great. There are a lot types of rooms that you may choose. The balcony, sofa, bed in a good condition. Got many pillows (love it). They also have bath tub.

BAD: This place is too quiet at night. A little scared to walk around there Need to wait at least 1 hour to get iron. I think they should provide iron in all rooms instead of let us call them to send iron.

Overall, 4.5 star.

I don't want to be too harsh, but this hotel in its hay day was probably top end with a price tag to suit. Very impressive as you arrive but that is about it. Unfortunately little on no investment has left this hotel looking tired. Staff fantastic and very attentive, but a lick of paint and some investment is needed to bring this back to its former glory. Booked with agoda for a room we thought would be a little special, but could have had similar nearby, for lot less money.

I stayed in room 2217. The wifi connection was very weak. We asked for a buggy transportation to our room but we never got it.

I love this place, spacious in every aspects, big parking area, helpful staff, big room and cottage, great room service, awesone place for couple.one of the best view to enjoy the nature and awesome breakfast.

Location and swimming pool is good. But staff is not kind and stupid. During staying, I was asking to fix the interphone several times but still not working so I give up and not use. Service was terrible and staff is not trained. Very poor. There are a lot of mosquitos. I don't want to visit again. Terrible.

The resort is good overall but the staff seems to be quite confused. Overall the resort is very beautiful and in the heart of Krabi town with all awesome party bars and restaurants at walking distance.

TROUBLE I FACED: I had a booking of 3 people, we faced trouble for the 3 person bed and charge and confusion within the staff gave us a headache to deal with MMT in india to confirm the 3rd person booking with the hotel.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. You get what you pay for and a little more. Nice pools with amazing back drop. Free afternoon tea from 4: 00 to 4: 30 everyday. I would definitely come back again!

The room of the chalet type is spacious and clean. Lots of choices at the breakfast restaurant. Friendly staffs with great service. Free massage is provided too.

Terrible customer service, zero compassion for guests. This is the one hotel I would not recommend for anyone to ever stay at. Avoid at all costs.

We got upgraded to a cottage but it smelled moldy and we had to ask for a different one, then finally got a nice one. A bit dated and not all clean, breakfast is mediocre. A bit meh overall. Direct access to beach is closed due to construction

Great location with the beach and the shoes just a few meters away. The hotel is super nice and the facilities great! Our room was spotless clean and we loved the outdoor shower and the jacuzzi. Showering outside when raining is a nice feeling. We highly recommend the hotel for couples, families or for solo travelers who want a moment of peace and relaxation.
