Nang An Travel & Tour

Took their Phi Phi Islands tour, they were very well organised and friendly. Our guide, Coke, was professional and a pleasure to be with. The boat was modern and clean, scuba equipment was alright. Buffet lunch was better than expected, and the sights were lovely. Some nice touches - snacks at the pier, water and fruit on the boat.

The main drawback is that those who expect an exclusive and personalised trip may be disappointed - this is mass tourism so the sights are a bit crowded. You are crammed onto the transfer bus and the boat carries around 40 customers. Overall I enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Tottaly recommend boat 889 with James as tour guide. He is funny and always explaining about the islands with patience and passion. A professional. We received plenty water, juice and coffee. The food (fruits and Thai food) was good.

Best trip we had in Thailand.

We had been on a tour of 4 island krabi! Firstly the pick up vehicle was not good. Then lot of ppl were cramed up in the speed boat. The staff on the boat was not at all helpful or couteous. The tour guide was biased towards thai passengers & was giving them extra attention & previlages. We were not asked for vegetarian option fr lunch. Lunch was bad and finished quickly & the counter was closed quickly. The staff had brought insufficient water bottles and we didnt get any and were asked to get the bottles by ourselves from the boat. No snacks or fruits were provided during the whole trip except at the end v were offered fruits during which the tour guide took away the tray away even before i could pick up any. Overall didnt like the service.

1st trip to Phi Phi Island absolutely amazing, very professional, funny and interesting.
2st trip to Hong Island very boring, our guide didn't speak english very well and didn't enjoy it at all.

We were booked through Artemis Travel in Ao Nang, by a very sweet lady (I believe her name was Tik), for the Ko Hong Islands tour. Everything was as she said: pick up was on time, Nang An staff was very nice, we didn't feel too rushed despite making 4 stops (Hong lagoon, snorkel break, lunch break on Laolading Island, and a 2 hour stop on Hong Island beach). Stunning scenery! We were back by 3.30pm just as it was about to rain (again, the lady who booked us the tour gave us a good weather forecast, and even promised a full refund should od the weather not be good:). Lunch was also very nice, and we also got some fruit on the way back. The boat not too crowded (13 people), but then again, we didn't come here in the high of season (probably the reason why we also got a very good discount at half price for the long tail boat tour). All in all, we definitely liked travelling with Nang An, can recommend! The only minor issue was the van ride to the pier where people were sitting dangerously close to the open back, but if you've taken tuk tuks in Thailand you shouldn't mind too much.

We booked a private speedboat for our party of 6, everything went like a dream. Pick up on time, great team on the boat, and we were able to tailor stops to our personal preference.
We negotiated a great price, so all in all an exceptional day out.
