The Hong Island tour is bad. Don't book this one.
You will be picked up, but you will have to wait almost an hour before you actually leave.

Boats are so packed that you have no place to sit.
There are no soft drinks as described on the site.
2 watermelons for 60+ people
Lunch is way below par compared to what other tours offer.

And you don't get a receipt/proof of payment that they actually pay the 300pp park fee.

Staff disinterested

Simple refreshments are provided, and there are many. You can identify the boats with bracelets.
Departing from Nangan to Phi Phi Island

Went to the Hong island with the company by long tail boat. Our guide was nice and he did his best to help us to see most of the impressive marine life during snorkel. The experience was pleasant albeit the stops were quite short apart from the last one. Lunch box was delicious. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is just because our transfer from hotel was 40 min late. Apart from that all was great!

The tours that we did were great. The guide Jame completely made the difference on both tours, he knows how to be a guide, super friendly, respectful and always very welcoming to talk with him.
From our experience, try to go with this guide and you will have a good experience as well, luckily we got him in both of our tours.

We did two tours with this company:
+ Hong Island by Speed boat;
+ Phi Phi Island by Speed boat;

I went on a tour with them recently and it was really nice. Our tour guide (Jame) was really great. The staff/assistants were very good as well. I think it's definitely worth the price.:)

Yesterday we booked a van to go to Krabi airport. He had to pick us up at 5: 30, from the hotel reception they have called several times, they have been told that it would take 5 minutes, and finally, 40 minutes later we had to take another transport because we missed the flight.
They have deceived us, I do not recommend it.

While snorkeling our guide was with us in the water and pointed out interesting things to see.

Would definitely not recommend this company, firstly the bus to take us to the pier was over two hours late, which delayed our time we could spend on each island. Secondly instead of going to the 4 islands as in the brochure we just went to 3, a big storm had hit while we were on one of the islands and only half of our group got let on the boat before they couldnt let anyone on due to weather conditions, we were stuck on the island while there were heavy rains and the speed boats were unable to pull into shore due to the low tides, to add ontop of that to get to our boat everyone that was stuck on the island had to walk through the water to get to the boat, the water was full of sharp rocks and coral that gave me alot of blisters and heaps of cuts, ontop of that alot of people were unable to swim including young kids and babies will definitely never come back here again.

This company told us they would pick us up at our hotel at 8 to get a speedboat to Koh PhiPhi at 9. We waited until 9: 30 and they did not show up. We tried calling multiple times and they said they were on the way. When a taxi finally showed up with their company name on that showed up at our hotel and they made us get out in the middle of the road saying we were in the wrong taxi. Overall horrible experience and wasted 2500 THB. We went to the office and it was closed. We tried calling the company to get our money back and they kept hanging up the phone. Overall terrible experience.

This was a scam! My friends and I booked a speed boat from Ao Nang to Koh Phi Phi for 9am. We were told a car would pick us up from our hotel at 8am to take us to the pier, but the car never showed. At 9: 30am a car from the company came to pick people up for the ferry, and the driver let us on.once the driver realised we were supposed to have gone on the speed boat, he dropped us on the side of the road! We called multiple times throughout this process and so has our hotel and they’ve hung up on us multiple times. We tried getting a refund but obviously weren’t able to as the operators kept hanging up and eventually not answering our call.

We did a speedboat 4 Island trip. Not very professional, started late and only stayed in Riley for 30 mins (it is 7 mins walk to the beach)
The food was ok.
The ride from the hotel was too packed. Waited for a very long time at the pier to start.
Not recommended.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our tour. Our guide Jame and Woody were very nice, helpful, polite and funny, and was always giving us information about the places we visited. Also good photographers! We went to Phi Phi Island with a speed boat, about 30 people on it and everyone was very friendly. Yes they were few minutes late for the pick up, but we weren't in a rush to go anywhere as we are on HOLIDAYS. The only improvement I would suggest is in relation to food in the restaurant. Personal taste, I didn't like it but still had it and didn't get sick afterwards, yeyy. Thanks guys we had a lovely time!

Amazing tour of 4 island thru speed boat. Especially "Coke" for being such an amazing host. Kudos.

Staff were great, one-day Hong Islands tour seemed well-organized, and speedboat was new and really nice. But we were massively disappointed that they chose to provide lunch in single-use plastic containers with lids.in front of a ‘no single-use plastics’ sign, with a tiny main and dressing-drowned salad – absolutely awful, especially when other tour companies were ladling out food onto dishes. They're local, nature is their business, they should hold themselves to a higher standard. Definitely put a bad spin on our day. Note that there's really no snorkelling on this trip (we tried at Hong but low visibility, not a single fish).

SCAM, awful experience, paid over 2500 baht for taxi pick up from the hotel to a speed boat and no one ever came, we then found a taxi from the same company who chucked us out on the road when he realised he was going to a different pier, we then paid another taxi to take us to the office and the office was closed, after trying to get ahold of staff multiple times they would answer the phone then abruptly hang up before we could even ask questions. Please do not go with these people it will ruin your entire trip.

Took the Phi Phi island tour. The guide Jame spoke very good English and the crew was very friendly.
I didn't really care for the trip. Its one of those expectations v.reality experiences. 1000's of people at the island, hundreds of boats, the feeling of being "herded" from one location to the next. You can find so many beautiful secluded beaches in this area that don't have all the people or the hurry up atmosphere.
Not my thing, but might be yours.

I went on the Phi Phi Island and Hong Island tour with Jame boat 889. Jame was the tour guide both tours and he was amazing! Keep up the good work Jame! The Islands themselves were great, the only downside was the water was too cloudy to any snorkelling.

We went to Phi Phi islands tour with Nang An by speedboat. We had James (boat 889) as our tour guide. He is very professional, funny and always explaining about the islands with patience and passion. Nang An company is very well organized; we received plenty of drinks (water, juice and coffee) and food (fruits and Thai food).
Keep up with the quality work!

On 3 jan, I took Hong island boat With this travel agency. I took sharing long tail boat for 550bhat/person.
Additionally they took 300bhat/person for national park fee. (No receipt given for park fee)
The trip was good which included snorkeling and swimming at 4 beaches but they didn't stick to the time committed (8: 30 start and 15: 00 finish)
I planned to get on 16: 30 bus to Surat Thani from where i had a flight to bangkok.
But as i was dropped to my hotel at 17: 00. So i missed my bus to Surat Thani and hence my flight.
Ultimately i have to book another flight because of their schedule.
I would highly recommend not this travel agency.
