Mini-Bus Mini-Van Station

Just read the reviews, everything was said and is true. Unfortunately we did not know/ask the one who sold us the tickets with what agency are we being transferred.

Best and economic options for the tourists around the world. Any other options are too costly in comparison to the Mini van. So it is advisable to take this Van if you can manage with time especially 2 stoppage during your journey. Although prices are usually standard but few vendors mark very high price. So be aware.

The guide direct us clearly about the bus and tuktuk around Ao Nang. Its my first time traveling in pair, so our queries are quite a lot. But still, they guide us with correct tuktuk price and local bus info. They also suggest us cheaper island hopping package. Didnt believe it at first, so we spend the whole evening surveying for cheap island hopping package, but turned out the cheapest one was from the same company they suggested.

Had really bad experience there.it was too hot and we had wait a lot for getting our can from Krabi to Phuket.not at all managed.though staff their was trying very hard.but they were not able to manage.they were just stuffing ppl in cabs with their stuff like cattles.also they kept luggage near seats as well.and somehow we just got fit in the sharing can.this we booked form.a tours n travelers shop in Krabi.she charged around 400 bhat.

Pretty well organised with free shuttle from hotel with only papers and shouting voices Hhhhhh. But it works. No AC, very hot, paying rest rooms, delays. (30min).

Dreadfull experience waiting nearly two hours for transport arriving two hours later than told! Some drunk American girls made the wait painfully for everyone without the staff interacting!

Efficient service. It is a place where people are “collected” from Krabi/Ao Nang in order to be “distributed” to more further destinations. At arrival you get your stamp and info when the journey starts. Then - you wait. Nothing much to do.

Long waiting, and they did not know how to find our hotel even though we showed them the adress. So they droped is at mc Donalds and we had to buy a taxi the last way. They could just looked the adress in gps and drove us there.

Poorly managed bus stop in Krabi. U can take van for ao nang, phukhet etc.we had a hotel to hotel xfer slip from Phuket to ao nang but the guy here tried to charge extra from us by saying that we only had slip till Krabi. I had to call my tour operator to get things clarified.the waiting area is also not well managed and is dirty with cats roaming are around.

Drivers cheat tourists. Do not take extra routes from them. I was offered to drive not to the airport, but to Ao Nang. I clarified whether Ao Nang beach is meant. I confirmed it. After which the driver brought me to the center of Ao Nang city, not to Ao Nang beach. I had to pay for the road again.

A basic mini bus interchange. You need to pay to use their toilet and you will get some basic food and short eats

Beware of the people. They choose one or 2 easy targets, take them to glass room and misguide them and ask for extra 150 baht to get you to your hotel place, although it is included in your trip price always. Hence if they call you, simply ignore them n tell them you don't need help. And while bookung your ticket for krabi and aonong etc. Ask the booking person to write the final destination on voucher and take a pic of voucher as the driver will take your vouchers at start of journey.

We had to stop of here to get onto another bus, it was so overcrowded and pointless stopping cause we all got back onto the same bus, shake stand was closed, had to swap your ticket for a hand written sticker which I ended up loosing cause it was not very sticker. And had to pay to use the loo where a woman would give you 4 sheets of loo roll. Such a disorganised place

Well minibus coverage across thai tourist spots is awesome. Make sure to click a picture of your ticket to avoid hassle.

Aweful. This is a scam. They make you wait for hours, and then charge you extra to take you to the city while it was included

This Bus Station is quite terrible. Totally infested with dozens of very mangy cats, hit & miss as to whether you can get a bottle of water & very erratic timetables.
It improves slightly in the High Season, but if you can find another way to travel, best to try.

Ride from Khao Lak to Krabi was ok and very priceable but it is like in the middle of nowwhere and you have to get away from there somehow. They want very much for a taxi! 200 Baht more than a Grab so I chose a grab to get to Klong Muang Beach.
