Mini-Bus Mini-Van Station

A bunch of liars setting you up to extract money. Be very precise about the drip locations. They will say one thing while booking and then go back on the day of travel asking for more money. Only place in Thailand where I felt cheated.

This bus company is a scam. They drop you here without explaination and try to get as much bath from you as possible to get you into town. If they see you try to get a Grab, people here get a bit aggressive. Idiots.

A transshipment point for those traveling from Aonang to Hat Yai, Koh Lanta, Samui, Phuket, and Krabi airport. They are brought from hotels, then transferred to minibuses for specific destinations. Waiting time from 30 minutes to 2 hours. There is a toilet, you can smoke, they sell shakes, juices, and some fruit. You won’t be able to get lost, everything is under the supervision of Thais who distribute people onto buses.

Scam, it doesn't matter what company you bought the tickets from, if you end up here they will try to get every bath from you, they will say your hotel is too far to take u there so you need to pay extra. If you go nearby better call a grab or walk a little towards one of the main roads and you can catch a taxi

Trip to koh lanta is a scam. Charged 350b for trip in ao nang then asked for another 100b when we arrived at the "station" because our hotel was "further" than normal. No mention was made of this when we booked the tickets and they asked us which hotel we were staying at.

Its a minivan transit place. Mostly people from ao nang n phuket will transit there to change minivan before going to their next destination.

We took these mini vans from Krabi to Puket. The service is good, very attentive staff, they pick you up at the hotel and take you to the hotel where you will be staying.

Don’t use this company. We booked through our homestay and what was supposed to be a 2 hour journey ended up being far, far longer. No communication, packed in like sardines and music blaring on the van the whole time from the driver. What a waste of money. Also was promised we’d be dropped to our hotel, then was scammed into paying more money to get dropped off there.

Booked a bus from Krabi to Hat Yai and we got dumped here for hours while they looked for enough people to fill a mini bus.

Initially, we booked a trip to phuket from krabi at one of those tourist kiosk. We were told the van would pick us up from our hotel and bring us straight to phuket, but we were brought to this station instead. A little disorganized, but they managed to sort things out.

Worst and unsafe experience. We were put in a packed van on a very hot and humid day. The back windows were jammed and wouldn't open AND the back AC vents were not working. A few of us in the back almost passed out due to lack of airflow/ventilation and literally had to wet ourselves with our drinking water to cool us down. The driver would not put the AC on and have the few front windows open to help get air to those sitting in back. He'd only do one or the other. It took us asking and pleading several times before he agreed. For the safety and well-being of passengers esp during hot weather it is imperative that the AC be running well and that windows be operable. Would never book transport through this company again.

They told me my transport starts at 10 am. Nobody came until 10.30 am. Then I has ro share a tuktuk taxi to the main station. Only guys and an Indian family. Everyone put there stuff on me, my legs.not even said anyone sorry. This one was way too small for 8 people and the luggage. Then we arrived at this station. Absolute chaotic. You have to show your ticket and get a sticker. Everyone was called up before the people who wanted to leave to Patong. If someone asked them when we will leave they just got shouted at to wait. Toilets are the dirtiest I have seen on this entire trip of 4 weeks. Worst place ever!

Transfer is organized well.
We booked to Krabi and expected to get to the city centre and not to this station. Price to get from there to centre is too high (abusive of your situation as tourist), especially if you get into the same van you already went in.

It was a deception, we paid extra price for ferry from koh phiphi to krabby and for van to koh sok 4 people.when we arrive they took us by a bus full of people, broken aircondition very hot and not comfortable. In addition they charge 200 but extra to take us to the hotel.

Timing is really bad due to them dropping you off and having you switch cars and then picking up local people in detours, although at the agency you had already paid for the more expensive, rapid route that allegedly goes straight to Koh Lanta. Nobody said we're picking up lots of people and driving to different places delivering stuff as well. Instead of a 6 hours route as promised from Patong we ended up in cars and everything for 8 hours. All with just 1 stop to pee and buy a snack. The guy in the station told us its gonna take 2 hours to get to our hotel. That was at 17: 00, now it's 20: 00 and we're still in the car, hungry and angry.

To make a long story short, travel by speed boat by all means if you are not sea sick. Much faster even with the stop at Phi Phi.

Stop to change minivan for our destination. Unnecessary stop in my opinion to make you buy stuff or arrange traveling at an inflated price.

If you sit, buy nothing the 1h of waiting time become 10mins.

I do not recommend planning with them your journey arrangement as, at least for us, they offered at a more expensive price than the website 12go Asia.

We stopped here for a layover from Khao Sok to Ao Nang, everything was communicated very well.

If you're not used to the chaos, it looks very unorganized, bit they knew where everybody needed to go and called them when the van arrived.

And we got to our new location

Absolutely terrible. Constant smoking everywhere. Disinterested and often rude staff. Flies crawling on the food, all being handled by hand. No organisation, constant confusion over when and what bus to take. We almost missed our flight because of it.

I seriously regret choosing to travel by minibus/share taxi. I strongly warn against this if you want to travel efficiently or quickly. In hindsight I should have just rented a car and driven myself. It would have been a similar price for two people, and 10 times less stressful and uncomfortable.

We were picked from our hotel in one mini van which was changed at this stop. This is a Central bus stop for all mini vans and buses going to and from krabi. We waited for 1 hour to change our mini van towards going to patong. There is washroom facility which is chargeable at 5 THB. Fruits and some food packets were also available.
