Rude rude rude. The driver was an impatient, insufferable human and an even worse driver. The ghastly woman in the office made the driver look like a saint.
How can such a poorly rated company still be in business?

Awefull organisation. The worst I ve seen so far in Thailand. Not nice, not giving any information. I was on my way from ao nang to koh Lanta, they dumped me in krabi left me there waiting for 2 hours without giving information and didn't wanted to drop me af at my hostel (I paid for transfer included) dont Go here. There are so many more other options! Oh btw, the guy in the picture is the worse. Avoid him.

Very very very bad. If you book in krabi area any agent. Should be Ask him "which company join? " If he told Matcha tour. Never Never book!

Criminal establishment. Beware. Frequently lie to you and will not respect your ticket. The guy in the picture is especially mean and violent.

Bad people, No service,

Wir haben in ao nang direkt nach Koh lanta gebucht und würden hier zum Zwischenstopp verfrachtet. Ewig warten dass man noch was kauft. Nichts buchen hier

The problem is that you don’t know your are getting the service of this horrible company when you book at your hotel or the numerous travel agencies in the entire Krabi area, including Koh Lanta. Ask ahead of time which company is running your service and try to avoid them. Also make sure your ticket clearly states your exact drop-off location, otherwise they will drop you off where convenient for them and then leave you stranded, even if you thought you paid for door to door service.

Disgusting service, we booked ferry trip from Krabi to Koh Lanta, ended up in overcrowded minibus.no seat belts for passengers in front, driver spent whole way on the phone, didnt answet single question. Left is in the middle of road! And pointed direction with head, didnt even said bye! Lady in the office tried to sell us other trips, claiming that they are only one travel agency on Koh Lanta.very sad, we booked in the hotel, so didnt know who will go travel with. DONT TRAVEL WITH THEM

This agent just sucks. The office where you wait is filthy with no aircon and no fan. One of the guys who works there was smoking all the time inside and outside. We were waiting for more than an our for our bus to come and every time we were asking how long the answer was "is on the way"

This is the worst travel agency we ever travelled with. The fat lady (owner) is really rude and unfriendly. As soon as u ask when your bus arrives (wich is always 10 min) but actually 30-40min, she goes crazy and shouts on you!

NEVER EVER GOE WITH THEM!

Was told we would get picked up at our hotel in koh lanta but they never turned up. So we had to spend more money by making our own way to them (after we already paid the company for the transfer). We were also told we would get a boat from lanta but instead we got a mini van to krabi and then left waiting for hours for another bus to koh samui. They then got us out of the van and drove off with our bags. Would not let us take them out. Terrible service. Do not book with them!
