Mama Beach Residence

Worst experience ever during COVID-19. Customer service is horrible, tried many times to reschedule the booking but got no response. Lastly had to cancel the reservation but fee was not waived. 110€ lost. Definitely not recommended. Many other options nearby.

Mixed feelings about the hotel, some good some bad points.
The staff is nice and helpful, the hotel is nice looking, the room and the balcony are nice and the breakfast is great.
Bad part was the price, 150€ a night with view on the ocean but in the fact C6 room gives on a palm tree that hides the whole view. The staff was unable to correctly do the room, the bathroom door has holes in it and it is open, so many mosquitoes, the shower is not practical and either cold or hot, no between. I don’t know if I would return here. I think the other hotels just next to this with the same price are more comfortable.

Avis partagé, de très bons points mais négatifs aussi. L’hôtel est situé au calme, pas loin du centre, l’équipe est sympa, la chambre et le balcon sont biens ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Mais, la chambre a 150€ est trop cher puisque la vue sur mer promis pour le prix est un vue sur un palmier pour la chambre C6, salle de bain a ciel ouvert et la porte de la salle de bain avec trous alors bcp de moustiques dans la chambre. L’équipe na pas su faire la chambre correctement les 5 jours on a resté et la douche ne se règle pas.pas sure de revenir, les hôtels juste à côté au meme prix me semblent plus comfortables.

Only stayed here for a night, but it was amazing, quite area, but easy to walk to central phi phi, breakfast in the morning was the best I've had in a while, would definitely stay again.

Its old its Dirty and super expensive for that what you get. The Beach is crowed with tons of Boats during the Day and loud as the Harbour is close. All Towels we recieved were Dirty and smelled bad. The rooms are small with old interieor. The manager was not brave enough to talk to us as we complained about some things.

- the breakfast was excellent:) there were many food ; bread, quiche, crape, fried rice, eggs, coffee (you can order more than 1 cup), fresh orange juice etc. I really love breakfast there
-nice and polite staff^^ they often greet us with flowers
-excellent view with peaceful atmosphere
- Jaguzzi is not big but clean:)
- the room is a bit small with high price>< also the outdoot toilet and shower room had bad odor ><

Very nice hotel, placed in a very good location, nice beach in front of the hotel, they provide the customers with deckchairs just in the beach. The breakfast has been the best we've had in thailand, so many things and tasty. Staff is really helpful and nice and always smiling. I'd love to come back!

While it was a lovely stay over all, I do have a few complaints. The geyser only had to modes- really cold or scalding hot. A cat (who lives in Mama) sctrached my friend and she had to get rabies shots. The sundeck had no umberella for people who didn't want to get a tan. While the breakfast was good, there wasn't much variety and never was any ketchup available. The staff however was very friendly and helpful.

One of the best residence in Phi Phi, recommended for couples

ห้องนอนมีเตียงใหญ่ นุ่มนอนสบาย แต่ผ้าปูเตียงมีรอยเลอะเยอะ แหมจะขอให้เปลี่ยนแล้วก็ตาม ห้องน้ำเป็นแบบเปิดแต่มีผ้าปิด พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม อาหารเช้ามีตัวเลือกเยอะพอสมควร อร่อย สระน้ำดีมาก

The hotel is nice. The location is very good, there is a nice beach in front of it, and it's a 10 minutes walk from the pier. The breakfast is very good. The staff is nice. The bedroom is comfortable, the AC is fine. The bathroom is terrible. The shower is horrible, when you turn on the shower there is a bad smell, there is no window to close, so the bathroom is always open for mosquitoes and bugs. The hotel is quite nice, but they really need to do something about the bathrooms.

Lovely place and lovely staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to the beach, amazing breakfast and great location.

Phi Phi Island, If a wonderfull nature, splendid beach, cristaline water, but a lot of boats and people.

Beautiful place! Lovely sunset in this part of the phi phi beach! Kindful staff! Some issues with bathroom but immediately solved.

Beachfront hotel within walking distance from Tonsai Pier. Halal food available. Sells alcohol though.

Very good food at hotel restaurant. Nice rooms. Kind staff. Very quiete hotel located by beach with 10 minutes walk to center of city. Dont use beach by hotel for swimming (its habour area and a bit dirty), but use Loh Dalum beach just 10 minutes away.

Nice resort in a peaceful beach. Good views and close to turistc places. 5 m before the resort you could take anything you need to visit Maya bay, monkey beach or any place you want.
