Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach

I went there in April. Nice hotel, calm and not far from center. Easy access to all transports to do trip. Minus: don t take trip with the hotel because it is double price than trip propose everywhere around in street.

Very Good location across the the beach.upper rooms are nice but lower level rooms open up to the swimming pool. Room service tried very to please us but i must mention that the breakfast food and management of the breakfast area is terrible and not clean due
to the lack of sufficient staff and training. I gave it 4 stars because they tried to help guests but need more hotel training.

Great place for families with kids. Outstanding location outstanding activities for keeping kids engaged.

Great deal at their restaurant. B500 for 5 course meal for two persons. Good ambiance and nice view of the hotel grounds.

Beautiful room. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Wasn't there too long to take advantage of mushy amenities but was treated excellent. Would stay there again

Wonderful resort.worth the money.having multiple pools, bar, kids area, sea view and luxuries room.

The room we stayed in is in desperate need of updatingmaintenance feels very outdated. The room was fairly clean, but had a little but of mold on the ceiling around the aircon and the bathroom, the rain shower head was covered in mold and did not work and it was so blocked (didn't complain and we felt it wasnt worth the hassle, the normal shower head worked which was fine). The staff are nice and friendly and location of hotel is ideal, lots of places to eat nearby. 20 minute walk into the main tourist area.

Great place, great location, only problem, when we checked in was told not this hotel but holiday express, went there only to be told not this hotel but the 1st one! Went back, got an up grade to swim up pool room. Happy now.

One of the coziest hotels I ever stay. Great breakfast with warm welcome staff. Beautiful room with pool access.

We got a sea facing room with the trees covering the view.almost all rooms are like that we were told, but that was still fine with me. The hotel is very upmarket for Krabi, nice food, nice bar, very centrally located, extremely nice food options a few meters around the hotel. Long walk from the room to the hotel reception. Aged folks need to ask for rooms close by. Staff are overly polite. The tour desk lady sold us this boat trip to the various islands in a speed boat which was "exactly" what we did not want and did not ask and tried our best to avoid. So do not get carried away like me, by the very innocent face they put up and the "thank you" and "sorry" they keep saying like I did and get screwed. They are selling you the (Bob Dylan's bear mountain Picnic tour) tour like every other place! Best is to double check before you finalize with other senior hotel staff. The travel desk belong to another company. Breakfast is crowded but very well stocked. Rooms are clean and comfy.

This Resort is amazing! Could not ask for a better place to hang out in Krabi! A fantastic staff to help with any need you have!

Great for kids. Rooms were clean but need a bit of a remodel. Staff are generally nice, especially the recreation staff near at the pool. These dudes also put on really good fire show a few times a week in the parking lot.

Fantastic hotel would recommend. It is in a great location just a sort walk to the main area of restaurants. Staff were amazing and were always more than happy to help.

Back side rooms are not that good, problem of mosquito, over all surrounding of hotel is good. Rooms are very small. Service is also not that good. Its on Aao Nag beach, Krabi

This place is amazing. The view is amazing. We also got a room with a huge balcony. The room service is low price compared with other 4 or 5 hotels. Overall our vacation was amazing

Checked in after booking connecting rooms, but given separate rooms! Had a faulty Aircon in our room from the start. Kept going into Error mode or shutting down completely! Reported it 3 times but it was never resolved! 3 nights of broken sleep. Bed and pillows were hard like they were made of Sand! Way below the usual Holiday Inn standard. Low Staff performance was also not to the usual Holiday Inn standard. Disappointed to say the least! For this money You should expect much more!
