Heroic Fitness Club reviews
35Best gym I’ve trained at in Thailand! This gym rivals gyms back in The States. This may be my all-time favorite place to lift. The lady at the front desk is so kind and accommodating. I’ve seen a lot of reviews complain about price, but it is worth every penny. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it so much we will be training the next two weeks solely here!
Probably one of the best gym I’ve ever been to. The people there are so kind and respectful, the prices are nice too!
You can find all of the machines you need to train!
Thank you! We will be back:)
Amazing huge gym. The day pass was 200 baht, which is super reasonable for a great gym. So much equipment and space. I loved training here!
Only place to train in Ao Nang. Lovely couple own the gym, I wish them good luck! Staff very good and 50kg freeweights but old equipment and very expensive! Plenty of benches so easy to work around your workout. Heavy bags and other equipment available. Best pay for 1 week 1050 baht same I pay for 1 month in England. #nopainnogain
Gym is stacked
Everything you need is there
Decent prices
Open most hours
Large gym, a lot of equipments, small but handy crossfit section, boxing possibility, long swimming pool.
Great place to work out during the holiday. Have a great selection of machines as well as free weights, a circle area, sand bags and boxing rings.

Been here for my first and certainly last time.
Price for one off gym is 300baht which is very expensive, this is Thailand not a New York. Certainly prices for westerners, that's why for such big gym I've only seen like 10 people in there throughout my exercise.
Secondly, whole place is massive, air volume is really vast. Yet its being cooled by a four piss poor hotel room-like AC units, of which one is turned off, there is also one bigger AC unit and. Wait for it. A few office fans hanging in various places. Completely inadequate for Thai climate! Its been like 27 C in there. I ended my training completely soaking wet and exhausted. It was free sauna hahaha.
I needed that training to keep my muscles in place, but I rather not do it again and save myself from stroke or heart attack lol.
I will not come back for sure.
Man hat alles was man braucht. Gutes Fitnesstudio was aber zu teuer ist! Mit ca 11 Euro umgerechnet pro Tag ist es teurer als in Deutschland.
Lots of machines and cardio machines. Place is run down compared to the photos but for thailand this is great except for the boxing bags which are cheap and light. Lockers are tiny, don't bring your gym bag w you! Price is not bad/doable if your coming to work out daily, if not it's crazy compared to europe and us. Change room/ shower/ washrooms layout is terrible but at least there is one.
1500 Baht for a month, asked if they can do 800baht for just 4 visits and been told no, do you guys realise that your daily passes cost more than in UK gyms?
Great Gym: spacious, affordable prices, air conditioning, new equipment, friendly staff. BUT
Could have been all 5 stars if the gym had an air ventilation system in place. Couldn't spot even one air grid on the ceiling. Lack of fresh air makes hard to work out and unhealthy since people breath stale air over and over again that has in addition a rubber unpleasant smell to it. I doubt that windows get opened every now and then to help things out.
This is a deal breaker for me hence can't recommend it unfortunately.
A great place to stay with, spacious, plenty of equipment, nice atmosphere and staff of course!
Large gym with just about all things a gym could have. I find it to be on the expensive side of things, finding much cheaper gyms in Sweden for example. On the other hand it's the largest gym in town with the largest range of content, for little extra cost over comparable gyms. Sweat towels are also supplied, and very much needed in the hit climate.
At opening hours there are very few people. Closing time has been ok, with mostly local people.
Cleanliness of the floors is so-so. Floors in changing room seemed to never have been cleaned for the whole month I went. The drain in one of the men's showers smelled of sewage and barely ever drained anything. The staff said they themselves could not do anything.
The floors in the gym could easily be remedied. Looks quite messy with many patches lying about, and loose mats.
