We loved the machines they were older but had great ergonomics. The gym overall was a bit dirty though, and unfortunately people didn’t have the habit of moving their weight plates so it was always hard to find them and had to look around for ages, because they weren’t enough anyway. It’s a massive gym at least so loads of space but could do with a little renovation and more regular cleaning. You can use the pool of the hotel but it seemed dirty and didn’t have any sun beds so we gave it a miss. Employees were kind

Very very complete, the entrance costs 200 bahts which is very expensive for the country. But the cheapest in the area

Very complete, full of different machines that will delight all levels.
A large area for leg work, full of different machines for all the muscles of the body

A large cardio section, changing rooms, lockers, access to the large swimming pool of the hotel above.

Probably the best fitness in AO Nang. Big square. All trainers are there. The only thing missing is Bosu.
Single visit 200 baht

Very hot, ac almost nonexistent. Not suitable for cardio above zone 1. The pool was very run down and dirty and the sun beds were flaking.

Good fitness centre. Dumbells up to 50kgs (110lbs) good selection of machines but missed the hack squat. Some equipment need service. Update. They have a good hack squat machine now, and had service on other equipments

Pretty good generally and you get pool access which is a bonus. Weak-ish aircon because it’s a big gym. Some old/breaking equipment but does pretty much have everything you need whatever you’re training for.

Really great gym. Variety of machines for every muscle part, a lot od space inside. Small details like getting a towel and a pool to use for free when you pay for the entrance to the gym is like a cherry on the top.

Great gym for if your staying in the area and need a good workout. Cheap too 200 for day pass

200 BAHT, a bit expensive for a gym session.
Very good selection of equipment.
Water fountain for your bottles.
And free towels.

Lots of equipment in pretty good conditions

Kinda wish i didn’t have to go near a fan after every set, but it was fine enough for me to finish my workout without having a heat stroke.

Bathroom was ok too

Easy enough to get to from Aonang Beach. Charged only 200 Baht for entry, a time limit wasn’t specified. They gave a locker key and a towel. They also supplied Gatorade and water, unsure if they had protein shakes. There was plenty of equipment to choose from. Toilets available. The only issues I had was that it wasn’t properly air conditioned, there were fans mounted to the walls but the heat was too much while working out. Music could’ve been louder, felt very strange not hearing it much.

Definitely one of the best gyms I've been to in Thailand. Very well maintained. There are so many machines! I can't believe that this gym has better equipment than most of the gyms in England. I highly recommend.

Got everything I needed, well equipped and nice protein shake. Friendly staff. Will visit if I am back again.

Great gym, has every thing you could need for weights including space to deadlift etc. 200THB for a day pass.

Very cool gym! You have everything! No excuse to no work-out, machines, free body, ring for fight, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebell everything guys! They have also different courses, but they charge you per hour out of the subscription! Recommend

Good gym, plenty of equipment. Not too busy or crowded. I think the opening times could be better, and maybe more varied cardio. Staff are nice.
