27 Staying at the Shellsea down the road we wanted to nip out for a bite without venturing into town or eating in the hotel.and what a bite it was!
The food was DELICIOUS. We have been travelling across Thailand for nearly three weeks and this was the best value meal we’ve eaten.
Kudos to Mel the chef, thanks for your great hospitality!

Amazing authentic Thai food restaurant right next to The Shellsea Hotel, don’t miss the opportunity, you must go.
The place seems to be family run and all the dishes are made to order.
We had our lunch here x 4 times (5 days stay at Krabi)
The crab pepper stir fry was delicious (of course spicy and a bit fiddly but yum)
It is quiet, private and right by the water looking out to the gentle sea.

เจ้าของร้านใจดี แถมผลไม้ และกาแฟให้ จนเกรงใจ
แนะนำ กุ้งเผา หอยแมลงภู่อบสมุนไพร ปลาหมึกย่าง
ปูม้านึ่ง ปลากระพงทอดน้ำปลา ส้มตำกุ้งสด และพลาดไม่ได้ต้องลองข้าวผัดปู อร่อยจนต้องถามสูตร
เพราะไม่เหมือนร้านไหนๆที่เคยกิน อร่อยจริงๆ
จนต้องซื้อแพคอาหารกลับกรุงเทพกันเลย.
บรรยากาศดีมาก อาหารรสชาติดี ราคาไม่แพง ติดที่เมนูอาหารน้อยไปนิด น้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดยังไม่ค่อยแซ่บออกเปรี้ยวโดด แต่แจ้งทางร้านปรับรสได้ เจ้าของร้านเป็นกันเอง บริการดีมาก เอาเครื่องดื่มมาเองได้ มีน้ำแข็งฟรีให้ด้วย มีผลไม้ กาแฟแถมให้ทานฟรี เหมาะกับการมานั่งยาวๆเป็นกลุ่ม หรือครอบครัวได้ทั้งวัน
Not so cheap but it’s definitely cheaper than the hotels. They have the best coconut water in the world! Don’t go when it’s sunset, for there will be lots of mosquitoes!

Very great delicious seafood, service, see view, recommend!
This place is a hidden gem. If you arrive here and see no body, don't worry. Because this place/area is not popular tourist attraction. But I am sure you wont' regret after you try their food.
The foods here are very delicious. Further, the price is cheaper as compare with those restaurants in Ao Nang.
The host can't speak good English but she is very helpful and friendly.
