BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach

We did not able to stay because of the COVID 19 pandemic. But still this hotel expect us to travel there even with the lockdown going on.
But we are not able to travel but still this hotel charged us exactly $307.25 and says will NOT refund us because that’s their policy no matter what the situation is which in my opinion is unacceptable!
No one expected a lockdown will be happening and stores, restaurants and other businesses are closed!
So for future reference people, DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL and DO NOT USE EXPEDIA as well.

P. S we booked a bundle trip through Expedia. We are not charge with flights because the airlines was not able to reconfirm our flight so we are not able to travel but still they charge us with the hotel.
Expedia says it’s the hotel’s decision NOT to refund the money.

The hotel is modern and stylish with a great calm atmosphere and a fantastic staff. The location close to the beach is perfect and the roof top pool is wonderful. You'll be greeted by the welcoming staff upon arrival and you won't feel like leaving again once your holiday is over! The fact that the hotel is only for adults ensures a nice relaxing atmosphere perfect for a couples holiday.

A very fresh and modern hotel with friendly staff.
Prices in the restaurants bars and the spa is very high.
I would recommend this hotel, ita a 5 min walk to the beach walk where you'll find restaurants and massage parlors that are better priced.

Amazing hotel with great rooftop pool, super clean and extremely comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts. The staff is amazing in both Blue Sotel Smart and Blue Sotel Krabi- thank you for heloping me get to the right hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay there. It is the best hitel I have ever visited. Also, the staff follows highest standards, everyone is kind and helpful! They also helped me with my cancelled flight.purely amazing, immaculate, I highly recommend!

Clean hotel with great rooms. There is a big pool on the ground level but also two at the rooftop. The hotel is located a two minute walk to aonang beach which is great and overall the location itself is excellent.
There is also a nice, big, gym facility for the sporty one.

However this hotel does not reach 5 stars all because the food regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner is very bland and tasteless it was almost to the point that I would rated it 3 stars but that wouldn't be fair to the rest of the hotel which is great.
