I Love it. The Best villas. Great views on garden and swimming pool. Big windows. Good stuff. Only prices in restaurant is very high, much higher than in the street.

We just drank some coffee here, but this is a real jewel.clean and decorated with love. Last but not least: good coffee, and not expensive.

Not for 120$ its not a 3-4 star Hotel standard. More an lovely B&B
Pro: green garden. Quite and just a couple of rooms. No mass tourism.
Cons: price ratio rate. Location.
Small rooms. Only sleeping room with A/C. Pool to small to swim.
Three kinds of breakfast (no buffet, american, Thai, healthy), TV small with limited broadcast. No DVD in the room. No gym. Not 120-160$!
For 40-60$ it is nice and recommended
