SHOOK about my incredibly stressful journey this morning with this company. Pick up at 7-7: 15 at my hotel? 7: 20 still no one comes so I have the front desk at my hotel call them. They act like they don't have my booking, acted like I hadn't paid for it yet.when I have MULTIPLE emails from them and their website confirming it. SO much run around and stress, I can't even tell you. Hotel and I both speak to at least 3 people there. It's now 7: 45, still no one here to pick me up and boat leaves at 8: 30- takes 40-50min to get there.

They wound up paying for me to take a taxi to get to dock and say they'll pay for it. They'll hold the boat for me. Fine.

Then they proceed to give my amazing taxi driver a hard time about the (fair) price- um YOU WERE THE ONE TO MESS UP FERRY COMPANY.

The speedboat is way overloaded with people- I'm surprised it's even legal. Ferry leaves 40min late (not only my fault because they left 15min after I arrived).

Then to top it all off- they dropped us off at a different location than promised! I asked twice via email where they dropped us off in Railay and they told me the WRONG INFORMATION. How is that oK?

Definitely won't be booking with them again- they lost my future business. I can't even tell you how stressful this morning was.

Me and my girlfriend were EXTORTED by the driver that didn’t allow us to jump on the boat with other people (6 out of a max capacity of 8 per boat) unless we gave him £1,000 BHT instead of 150.

This travel agency is a huge scam, and soon tourists will turn their back at Thailand. To go from Ao Nang to Railay there are 2 options, either you pay the regular ticket and wait for other people to join (max 8 per boat) or you pay for a private boat which is 10x the price of a regular ticket. The drivers purposely tell you to wait and try to persuade you to pay for the private boat if you are less than 8. Having decided not to pay so much (1,000 BHT for a 10 min boat trip), the driver told me to go away and that he would have not let me and my girlfriend jump on the boat, which was the only way back to Railay. I saw 6 people jump in the boat and 2 seats were left, but they purposely didn’t let us in because they said it was a private boat. After speaking with the other tourists I soon realised that the driver was lying. We were held HOSTAGE there for about 2 hours and a half while seeing other people getting back home. After refusing several times to be scammed, the driver (a Thai teenager) told me to leave, cursing me and my girlfriend. The travel agency refused to mediate or to provide any help. This is a monopoly and they do whatever they want.

Travelled from Tonsai to Phi Phi with Princess 8. The boat itself was ok, however the lower floor was extremely crowded because the upper two floors were reserved for some VIPs. There was plenty of space up there and basically no people at all - can't understand this.

We were traveling from phi phi to Krabi on the Ao Nang Princess ferry. The staff was extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant. They were unwilling to help us with our luggage on or off the ferry. Once we loaded our bags on to the ferry, they threw our bags on top of a pile without any care, when we reprimanded them, they just said "No English" and walked away. When we got off the ferry, we were randomly told that we will not get a hotel drop, even though when we paid for it and got onto the boat, we were told we would. Further, they were unwilling to help us with directions again. Disgusting experience!
Please don't travel using their services ever!

Really really good service! Ferry ship very well maintained, there are also shuttle boat should the ship unable to go in shallow water. Staff all smiling and they tell you there're free shuttle buses to take, if you aim at aonang beach but dropped off at Nopparat Thara. You have nothing to worry about, all you do is to make sure you have the ticket. They take care of your luggage, drop you off at the spot you want - they even dropped us off right in front of our resort (sea seeker), which was really impressive. I'd say I love those happy faces and enjoyed the journey!:)

Travelled yesterday from railay beach to phuket, and was a bad experience. The long tail boat driver from Railay beaches loaded all our bags on left side of long tail boat so it was leaning dangerously to the left for transfer out to the ferry. He drove the boat around in a fast clockwise circle at the ferry in rough seas and it almost capsized and filled with water, all passengers were frightened and shaking after including my friends.

The ferry was the Ao Nang Princess 7 and looked to be an extremely old ferry, there was no life jackets to be seen anywhere, I have photos to show there was none, there was signs for fire extinguishers, but there was no fire extinguishers on the ferry to be seen.

For the minibus transfer the driver drover at speeds of 120km per hour in an 80km zone while using his phone at the same time, and tail gating the van in front.

I have travelled in many South East Asia countries and yesterday was the most dangerous trips I've ever been on.

This company complete rob us! They were suppose to drop us at the hotel, and left us at the pier. Don't use it.

Rude staff. Everything was late! Complementary drink was tap water! They told me 5: 45pm to Phuket patong, at 6: 25pm we r still waiting in vans waiting to other ppl! Plus driver play YouTube whatever he want! Don’t bother this travel n tour service! Find the other one! You will get one bottle of water at least!

Very rude staff. Smoking even in company of little kids. Mean to guests. Recently took 4 island tour. Don't waste your money with them

Not sure why all the poor reviews.as someone who comes from a US state with ferry service this ferry experience was no different than what is to be expected. Was customer service fantastic and everything exactly on time? No.but it’s a freaking ferry service for Christ sake. I walked up, paid 700baht to get from Ao Nang to Phuket, ferry ran smoothly, docked maybe 15min later than scheduled (typical for ferry service), and was shuttled by van nearly an hr to Kata beach (which could’ve easily been a 500baht taxi ride just on its own). Ferry had A/C and clean toilets and also refreshments for sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this ferry again.

Took the ferry from Railay Beach to Koh Lanta and it was okay. They have air conditioned rooms on the boat. The experience may seem a bit chaotic but it works and gets you there.

My experiance was:
Timetable not worth the paper printed on Company is to me like a giant surprise egg. You buy it (make a booking from A at time x to B at time y), and the rest is in the hand of higher forces We had 200% travel time Best sea conditions. Daylight, flat sea. The promise was a route by ship from Lanta Saladan Pier to Krabi Klong Jirad Pier from 13: 00 to 15: 00. We were send of the ship somewhere far west of Krabi and reached the city at 17: 30. Bad job Ship was old and dirty, and all - really all - lifevests are mold. They are over the seats So you have to lean on. We were travelling with a small child, that certainly must wear it because of the ridicoulus reling around the deck. Dear manager, please dont answer that everything is miraculously woderful on board Fix your company and teach your staff how to give proper information to your guests.

They overcharged and say same prices everywhere and you end paying at least 200-400 bath more per person. Avoid them.
