In this boats there are more seats than space, its very uncomfortable. Everyone walks by rubbing each other. The ground staff is rude and unpleasant, they treat travelers like cattle. Remove a couple of rows of seats and regain dignity

Took the ferry from phuket to ao nang. Almost 3 hours late, very confusing transfer solution from the pier, the workers seem confused

Travelled on ferry boat from Aonang to Phuket with hotel pick up and drop off. Ok, no problems, good service.

Used twice, pick-up and drop-off service at the hotel very good. Comfort on board is good.
On the other hand, the times announced are not exact, it is always a little longer and the organization at the start was a little confusing.

Free pickup and drop off from hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The boat is not in great condition but it gets the job done. Very efficient!

Awful experience! We booked a ferry from Phuket to Ao Nang, Krabi and talked with them a day before about picking us up from hotel in the morning because that was included in the price and they confirmed but failed to come in the morning. No one showed up to pick us up. Called them, emailed them, and nothing. I asked for money back and again, nothing. I don’t recommend it. Stay away from this company!

An incredible experience. While staying in Ao Nang, we made a reservation with this agency for the tour of the Phi Phi islands. The experience could not have been better. Good guides in English, well detailed, a great boat, a tour full of surprises, snorkeling.

I have to say that much of the experience was thanks to Coke who was our guide on the boat. It is very noticeable that he does it with enthusiasm, explaining everything well and always with a smile and a joke for you.

If you read it Coke or someone sends it to you, surely you remember the Spaniard who took the sea urchin in his foot as a gift:)

I booked a ferry from Phuket to Ao Nang online. The process was relatively straightforward and I received a booking confirmation after purchase (you have to wait a bit as it’s not an instant email). The departure time stated on the website was 8: 30am with an arrival time of 10: 30am.

I was told to be ready for a pick up time between 7-7: 15am. On the morning off, I was picked up at 7: 25am by a minibus with about 6 other people. We were dropped off at the pier, checked in at the desk, and were given stickers and boarding cards. We boarded at 8: 15am by crossing over two other boats docked side by side. The boat departed at 8: 45am (15 mins late).

The ride was pretty comfortable and we got some good views of the the islands. The boat is a bit dated and some of the seats are broken.

The first stop was Railay Beach where quite a few passengers disembarked. The second was Ao Nang. We didn’t arrive until 11: 45, an hour and fifteen minutes later than advertised.

We crossed over two more boats to disembark. They had a few shuttles waiting at the pier to take us to our hotels. The shuttle didn’t leave until almost 12pm.

Overall, the ferry will take you from point A to B, but don’t book anything immediately after as you will probably be very late

Failed to pick us up at scheduled time, left early and told us to make our own way to ferry.

Then decided to pick us up 20 mins late after saying we have to make our own way, we then had to cancel our Grab ride which we had to pay for.

We did the Krabi Islands tour and booked through Phuket Tours Direct but the trip was with Aonang Travel and Tour.

We visited Tub, Poda and Chicken Island, some of the stops were really long there and there wasn’t a lot to do, but was still very beautiful!

We had an opportunity to snorkel at the last stop and this was great! We saw the most clown fish we have ever seen, and we have done so much diving. Honestly, there were about 40 clownfish!

We did the tour from Phuket and it was quite long, but still a nice day.

If you don’t want to sit in a freezing air-condition room, you have to pay 200Baht per person for a „VIP-ticket“, so you are allowed to spend your ferry ride outside.

If you get a chance. Take the ao nang princess from lanta to ao nang. Best ferry experience you could possibly ask for. Complete with air con and a coffee bar.

Took ferry from Phuket to Railay Beach and back. Pick up from hotel on Kata Beach was also included in the price. Ferry both arrived and departed a bit late but otherwise everything went smoothly.

On their website I booked a ferry ticket from Koh Lanta to Ao Nang. Credit Card was charged immediately, but never got any tickets or confirmation mail.
Next morning I waited in my hotel but no pickup occured. Called their helpline, difficult due to poor English, didn't help me at all, wanted to give me another number, but why shall I call around in her company to solve a problem, what is a helpline good for? It was too late anyway. Looked all so seamless on their website, in practice it doesn't work at several ends.

Go somewhere else.

Our ferry took 2 hours longer than scheduled, double time! During this time there was not a single announcement as to why this was happening, and staff were nowhere to be seen. We ended up having to pay the taxi we had booked extra because of this serious delay (I understand ferry's can be delayed so we told our taxi to come 30 minutes after our scheduled arrival to prepare for this. 2 hours is egregious)

Then let's just talk about the general trip:

They are way overfilled, there aren't enough seats so you have to sit on the bow of the boat, or stand.

You will have to change boats at least once. Not only is this a delay, if you have more than just hand luggage the odds of losing your luggage is extremely high.

They get an extra star for being somewhat (the pickup location in Railay was different from the one on their website) easy to find and convenient to book.

Ferry Phuket - Krabi. There's more than one boat sailing this route and my photos reflect the tub we were on. Downstairs seating area appeared run down. Fabric on seats dirty and visibly stained. Repurposed airplane seats used are at times in disrepair and it feels tired. Sorry guys but the pics on your website aren't indicative of this tired ol tub.

We used the ferry services from Phuket to ao Nang, everything went well. Boat had sufficient staff, life vests and safety boats. They also provided transfer fron Ao Nang pier to our hotel. I would definitely bom it again.

Worst Tour company for Krabi. They took us on a crowded boat which was definitely overloaded more than capacity, and they offeredno proper snacks on the island. Where other tour companies had lavish snacks for their guests. We had below average experience. Do not recommend it to anyone.

Everything fine except for a group of around 16 older men and woman treated the boat as if it were their own party boat. 2 hours of screaming and yelling over people’s heads. We would not have been able to tell if there was an emergency or not, we could not even hear the announcements made by the staff. There were literal babies quieter than them. Not to mention they would all pile into one group on the same side at the back of the boat, causing the boat to tip which in worse weather could have been a real danger.

I had 5 days to Phuket, Krabi and Koh Phi Phi. I booked a ferry and tour from Ao Nang Travel and Tour.

The staffs were polite, friendly and always on time. The most inconvenient thing that I was talking with them through email but apart from that, I was satisfied with their customer service.
