Alama Sea Village Resort reviews
28My wife & I enjoyed our time here, 2016. It was what I expected to be based on my research. Stayed their during off season time.
Good hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet.
Wifi was down for 24 hours during our stay and housekeeping could see some improvements.
Very nice and quiet place to stay.the hotel staff were nice.the rooms are clean and nice, modern and new. Only thing I think is bad is the breakfast. It can be updated to more yogurt and flakes as suggestions. No alcohol is available at the pool restaurant.so if you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay when you visit Koh Lanta.then this place is magical.
Beautiful views from this semi luxury Villa overlooking the beach. No food service for dinner, but nice villas, breakfast, and pool.
Just came for a massage and a manicure. Manicure was terrible with literally no colours that weren't dried up or garish. She cut my nails so short despite me stopping her several times to say it was not good, to the point that they hurt for days. Oil massage was great however!
Extremely poor service. A defective airconditioning, and the manager just walked away when we said this. Later he even hung up the phone when we were talking with him. The room was so hot that it was cooler outside in the shade. A place definitely not worth the money
Very nice bungalows with a very nice view on the hills, clean & modern, beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop with restaurant and bar. HOWEVER.don't trust the reception staff they really take foreigners for fools (stupid), charging 3 to 4 times the price for activities, tours & taxis. EXAMPLES ; the 4 islands tour or Koh Rok is being sold for 1,700 baht at Alama sea village Resort & can easily be purchased for only 700 baht two minutes walking distance from the hotel at one of those small travel agencies (this is 1000 baht difference), a taxi to get to the clinic cost me 600 baht with them when in fact it should have cost me 200 to 300 max. & this is not about saving money is about being respectful & kind with their guests & giving the best information possible.when I ask them why they acted this way & try to take advantage. I was giving no valuable excuse besides: sorry my English is not very good hahaha! Is true that their English sucks. However they are super good on giving you crazy price rates for everything and adding it to your bill.
