A good service overall, the VIP bus is highly recommended for a little more money and a lot more comfort. But with either bus the drivers always drive too fast and therefore there is normally a 2+ hour wait at the pier before the boat in the morning, which is completely unnecessary.

Two boats per day to go to Koh Tao at 7: 00am (650 bahts for one trip) and 1: 00pm (750 bahts for one trip).
Car park is 50 bahts per day.
Attention, they consider per day, not by duration of 24 hours.

Used their service from the airport. Everything was great. On time, well organized, safe. Would definitely use them again. [That said, the restaurant at the pier, where you are basically trapped while waiting for the ferry departure is ridiculously overpriced. I'd say about double (example Sweet Basil Chicken at 90 Bhat). We found a small restaurant outside the complex, go out, turn L; run by nice folks, good food and fair prices - Give it a shot! ]

Nothing in Thailand runs "on time" is commonly heard but never before seen quite so dramatically as in the BangkokKoh Tao bus+ferry.

My 8pm scheduled departure from in front of the travel agency where I bought the ticket turned into actually leaving at 9: 40 after being walked to another location not once but twice.

I think the 7am ferry finally left at 8.

Very rough ride, the speedy catamaran amplifies the water conditions and then some. I was seasick so bad, I ended up lying on the floor in the recovery position because I was afraid I might choke on my vomit.

Great price, fun ferry, very fast. Mostly on time, well kept machines, easy on and off. Don’t forget the motion sickness medicine if your not used to long boat rides.

Simpel pier for ferry to the islands koh tao, koh nang Yuan, service is good, food normal, in minimarkt not much to get better get it befor, taxi to town en Airport available, bus to hua Hin and Bangkok, car park close and ok

I had flight from bkk to chumpon and arrived 8: 25. They said the bus will depart 10: 00 but actually 10: 40 because they want to wait for next flight at 10: 20, departed 2 bus together in the same time and there is no apologize from staff.why i had to take early flight to take the first bus?

The ferry boat is big and new. No shed upstairs at all and the lines to get in and out from the boat are long.
It takes almost an hour to get in and out.
No air condition in the pier.
Hot hot hot.

มี 0 ดาวไหท บริษัทนี้บอกเลยนะเ-ี้ยมากๆ เวลาออกเดินทางคือ บ่ายโมง บอกว่ารถบัสล่าช้า ให้รอ 45 นาที ไอเราก็เข้าใจว่ารถกรุงเทพมันติด ก็ไม่ได้บ่นอะไร พอเสร็จเรือลำที่ 1 ออกไปก่อนเเล้วกลับมาบอกว่าเรือเสีย ให้มาเรือลำที่ 2 (เรือที่เราอยู่) เรือรับคนได้ประมาณ 400+ คน ลำพัง คนเรือที่ 2 ก็จะเกินอยู่ละเสือกเอาเรือลำหนึ่งมาเพิ่มอีก ถ้าเรือจมเรือล่ม ใครรับผิดชอบ
เเก้ไขสถานการณ์เเค่นี้ก็ไม่ได้ ค่าตั๋วไม่ใช่ถูกๆ ให้มานั่งเบียดกัน แย่มากๆ

เรือสวยมากครับ เป็นเรือเฟอร์รี่สปีดโบ๊ท ลำใหญ่ มีหลายชั้น ฝรั่งชอบออกไปข้างนอกชมบรรยากาศ แต่แดดร้อน ส่วนผมอยู่ในห้องแอร์ดีกว่าครับ เย็นดี หลับสบาย มีบริการเดินทางจากข้าวสารเลยครับ ไปเกาะเต่า เกาะพงัน เกาะสมุย

ท่าเรือและท่ารถสำหรับเดินทางไปที่ต่างๆ มีลานจอดรถ ห้องน้ำกว้าง สะอาด มีสบู่กด มีร้านค้าและร้านอาหารราคาค่อนข้างสูงกว่าปกตินิดหน่อย มีพนักงานคอยบริการด้วยความสุภาพและขยันขันแข็ง โซนงดสูบบุหรี่ก็ยังมีคนมานั่งสูบอยู่ดี คิดว่าควรมีการจัดการ โดยแยกให้โซนสูบบุหรี่มีที่นั่งพักที่น่านั่งและเหมาะสำหรับพวกเขา

Place for connecting bus and boat. Decent food options. For the catamaran, the sky deck is the best, just sit on the top and enjoy the sun. The wait time was about 2: 30 hours for us, but it wasn't too bad as there were food options, and charging sockets as well.

Good timing and we had a good trip.also you can enjoy this sunrise while you are waiting to get in the first one (7.30 am)

เรือดีค่ะ ท่าเรือขุมพรตรงหาดท่ามะขามน้อยนั้น หาดสวย แต่ช่วงเวลาที่ต้องรอเรือเพื่อเดินทางต่อไปยังเกาะเต่าค่อนข้างเสียเวลารอนานหลายชั่วโมงทีเดียว รวมถึงการรอรถเพื่อเดินทางกลับไปยังสนามบินด้วย รอเรือขาไปเกาะก็รอนานหลายชั่วโมง รอรถจากท่าเรือเพื่อกลับมายังสนามบินก็รอนานหลายชั่วโมงอีก อยากให้เพิ่มบริการการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวให้เพียงพอด้วยค่ะ จะได้ไม่ต้องเสียเวลารอนาน.

ระวังซื้อแล้วได้ตั๋วกลับไม่ครบนะครับ พนักงานคีย์ข้อมูลชุ่ยมาก
