The service is catastrophic and they just want to find ways to let you pay again. Lost my ferry ticket and even when I had my online ticket etc they refused to let me go on board. They pressured me to pay a new and expensive ticket. I had the online ticket, the stickers from the company and my bill and still they wanted to let me pay for a new one. This ist just scamming on a new level and absolutely no help

If you buy a package ticket from Koh Samui back to Bangkok, you will stop at Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, and then go to Chumphon pier to change buses. You will have to check in again to reserve a seat. It takes seven hours to drive to Khao San Road in Bangkok.

Nice pier. Well organized for Travelers. When ordering Thai food, ask for prices before ordering. Pics do not always reflect what you pay for. Staff at food counter rude.

Toilets, basic restaurant, a coffee shop and parking is available.

We took a transfer from Bangkok to Koh Samui, the VIP buses for sleeping are super, the only thing in the toilet was no water, no way to wash your hands. But as it turned out, the cons were waiting for us further, we loaded onto a catamaran, which unloaded everyone on Koh Samui on Koh Tao and made us wait an hour and a half under the sun, because of this everyone was very tired

Travelling with my girlfriend, we bought VIP tickets but learned before going into the bus that we couldn't even sit together. I understand that it can be hard to satisfy every customer and that those were maybe the only seats available when we booked but the whole event raises several questions:
- Why did Lomprayah not warn us, when we bought the tickets, that we would not be able to travel together?
- Why did noone from Lomprayah ever try to find a solution, from simply reorganizing the sitting a bit (for example, exchanging with someone travelling alone? It can not be that hard, other companies do it all the time) to helping us ask other customers to exchange with us?
- Why did the employees from Lomprayah came to tell us that I would not sit with my girlfriend for this 7h+ long trip with a poker face, empty eyes in which you could clearly read "Yeah we don't care that you won't sit together even though you paid extra money for VIP bus, that's not our problem"? Is it that hard to tell your employees to show some kind of empathy/emotion, or even better, to teach them to say "Sorry" in this kind of situation where the company is wrong? I thought this was mandatory in this kind of business (i.e. Tourism), or did I miss something? Frankly I have very rarely encountered such antipathic and disrespectful behaviour in a travel agency.

By the way and on a side note, may I also specify that:
- a lot of other travelers had the same problem in this bus (couples / friends being separated), which casually proves that the problem is just a serious lack of organization and / or that Lomprayah doesn't care at all about satisfying their customers (which is astonishing, even more in a VIP bus) ;
- a lot of sits in the bus had technical problems: some could not lay, others could on the opposite not be blocked (mine was like this, meaning if I pushed my back too strong on the sit it would just lay done totally, crushing the passengers legs behind me.).

I travelled quite a lot in Thailand and thankfully I mostly had to deal with serious companies. Unfortunately, I have to say that Lomprayah is definitely not one of them and that I'll do my best to avoid them in my future travels in Thailand.

Horrible. The van driver only to make side money, stoping every 3 minutes to get passenger, went off the route to drop of passengers he picked up from the street. It was supposed to be a direct van from pier to the train station. Everybody missed their train because of this driver. Even worse when reporting to the company and no action was taken.

One-round price is 750 baht per pax
To Kho Tao, departure time is 1: 00PM everyday.

Ferry may make someone boat-sick.

คนสูบบุหรี่เยอะทั้งๆโซนที่แปะป้ายห้ามสูบ นักท่องเที่ยวก็มี ไม่มีพนักงานคอยเตือน หันไปเป็นพนักงานเฉยเลย

เรือดี ทุกอย่างเกือบดี เสียอย่างเดียว คือ วิธีการแก้ปัญหาตอนที่เรือเสีย จนท ที่เกาะเต่า และ ที่ชุมพร ไม่มีความกระตือรือร้นในการให้ความช่วยเหลือ

ถ้าลูกค้ามาสายแม้เพียงนิด คือ คุณทิ้งลูกค้าให้นับผิดชอบชีวิตตัวเอง แต่พอเรือตัวเองมีปัญหาสี่ห้าชั่วโมง ลูกค้าก็ต้องรับผิดชอบชีวิตตัวเอง.

ไม่ประทับใจวิธีการแก้ปัญหา. และอีกหลายจุดที่ขี้เกียจจะเล่าแล้ว.

ท่าเรือข้ามไปเกาะเต่า ซื้อตั๋วคนละ 750 บาท จากชุมพร 07.00 น. ถึงเดาะเต่า 08.45 น. มีที่จอดรถให้บริการใหล้ท่าเรือหลายแห่ง ค่าจอดวันละ 50 บาท

เดินทางสะดวก ค่าเรือแต่ละรอบราคาไม่เท่ากัน ราคาขั้นต่ำ 550 ถ้าจะเปลี่ยนเที่ยวเรือ เสียค่าเปลี่ยน 100 บาท มีที่รับฝากรถทั้งมีหลังคาและไม่มีหลังคา อาหาร-ขนมและเครื่องดื่มราคาสูงไปหน่อย อาหารไม่ค่อยมี มีแต่มาม่า กาแฟสด กาแฟซอง มีห้องน้ำไว้บริการ

ไปเกาะเต่าเราใช้ที่นี่ตลอด แต่ก็แอบน้อยใจ บางวันก็ใช้สปีดโบ๊ทซะงั้น และก็ใช้สปีดโบ๊ทบ่อย เข้าใจว่าถ้าคนน้อยอาจไม่คุ้ม แต่ก็เคยเจอนะ คน 250-300 คน จะกลับฝั่ง ทางบริษัทใช้สปีดโบ๊ท 4-5 ลำ วิ่งมาส่งคนที่ฝั่งชุมพร
งงใจมาก เอาลำใหญ่มาลำเดียวก็น่าจะจบ และดีกว่ามั้ย อันนี้ถือเป็นข้อเสีย ลูกค้าทุกคนต้องการความมั่นใจ ปลอดภัย สะดวกสบาย นั่งมาแบบสบายๆ เสียเงินเท่าเดิม แต่ต้องมาลุยคลื่นลมในทะเล แถมเจอแดดร้อน ตรงนี้ควรปรับปรุง

และที่ควรปรับปรุงอีกข้อ การจัดคิวให้คนขึ้นเรือ บางวันก็มีคิว บางวันก็ไม่มี ถึงมีคิวก็ไม่ได้เรียกตามคิว ปล่อยให้คิว 1-100 ขึ้นก่อน มันมั่วไปหมดแบบนี้ คนก็จะมารวมกันแย่งกันขึ้น ไม่มีการเว้นระยะห่าง เรื่องนี้ควรพิจารณาให้ดีกว่านี้ครับ ในช่วงโควิดระบาด

ข้อดีมีเยอะ เรือลำใหญ่ แอร์สะดวกสบาย บนเรือมีบริการเครื่องดื่มขาย มาม่า น้ำร้อน ห้องน้ำดี พนักงานดี เรือวิ่งนิ่ม สะอาด ดูแล้วปลอดภัย มั่นใจ มี 3 ชั้น สามารถเลือกที่นั่งได้ อยากชมวิวไม่มีหลังคาชั้น 3 เลย

โดยรวมถือว่าดี แต่เรื่องประหยัดเรือให้เดินทางด้วยสปีดโบ๊ทบ่อยๆ ขอให้พิจารณาครับ
