ที่พักดีมากค่าา หาไม่ยากเลยป้ายสีม่วงๆสังเกตได้ง่าย ห่างจากหาดประมาณ200 พนักงานพูดจาดีมากยิ้มแย้ม บริการดี แอร์เย็นฉ่ำๆ แต่วันที่มาทีวีใช้ไม่ได้ไม่มีสัญญาณ รวมๆแล้วดีมากค่าาา

รวมๆ ดีใช้ได้ คุ้มราคา ที่จอดรถเพิ่มเติมข้างอาคารกลางคืนดูเปลี่ยวนิดหน่อย น้ำแรง แอร์เย็น ชั้นต่อเติม พื้นห้องมีเสียงนิดหน่อย มาถึงดึกห้องจองก่ยังอยู่ ใกล้ทะเลเดินเข้าออกไม่ไกลมาก ปากซอย มี Family Mart Pizza Company 7-eleven กลางซอยปากซอยก็มีร้านอาหารตามสั่ง

15กย65 เข้ามาในซอยประมาณ200-300เมตรและจากชายหาด มองหาป้าย ชื่อสีม่วงๆนะเด่นอยู่ ไม่ไกลจากชายหาด พอเดินได้ บริการดีงาม เข้ามาอย่างงงๆพนง. เดินมาออกมารับถามเลย พักที่นี่ไหมครับ วันนี้น่าจะคนน้อย จอดรถสบาย ล้อบปี้ขาวสะอาด มีลิฟ ไม่มีมัดจำกุญแจ วันธรรมดาขฃจองผ่านบุ๊คกิ้งไม่ถึง500 ห้องสะอาดสว่างหอม ที่นอนนอนสบายอยู่แต่ไม่นุ่มนิ่มมากนะ แอร์แอบหลบที่นอนเสียงดังไปนิด แต่เย็นค่ะ น้ำไหลแรง มีผ้าเช็ดตัวแต่ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหัว เงียบสงบ เป็นอีกตัวเลือก ที่คุ้มค่า

ห้องพักราคาประหยัด สะอาด ห้องใหญ่ คุ้มราคา มีห้องพิเศษแบบ 3 เตียง เดิน 200 เมตรถึงหาดจอมเทียน ที่จอดรถเป็นทางสาธารณะ แต่ทางโรงแรมแก้ปัญหาโดยมี จนท. เฝ้าให้ ทางหนีไฟอันตรายมากเพราะล็อกปิดตายด้านนอก พนักงานไม่ค่อยบริการ ไม่ค่อยสนใจ แต่โดยรวมดีให้ 4 ดาว

ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ พนักงานบริการงั้นๆ
ผิดหวังมากกเลย กลิ่งห้องไม่ดี.
ที่จอดรถก็ไม่ค่อยมี แถมอยุ่ในซอยอิก ผิดหวังสุดๆค้ะ ห้องไม่ตรงปกนะค่ะ ต่างจากรูปมากก

Quiet place which is good to get away from the mayhem of Pattaya sometimes. Room quality was clean and comfortable but don't expect extras you would find in a higher star hotel. Room has a kettle for making hot water but no tea or coffee in the room is provided.

Nice and clean place with welcoming hotel employees.though budget it's pretty clean and near to Jomtien beach! Less crowded during this part of year.good breakfast option at bakery/cafe at the start of the lane.

ห้องพักเข้ามาลึก ตอนเช้าเสียงดังอยากนอนตื่นสายๆไม่ได้นอนเลย น้ำดื่มขวดเล็กมากได้แค่ขวดเดียวต้องชื้อน้ำกินเองความสะอาดไม่มีกลับมาจากกินข้าวบายสองยังไม่เห็นมีคนมาทำความสะอาดเลย

A clean, no-frills accomodation down a side street off Jomtein beach main road. We had a spacious room on the ground floor, near reception so sometimes noisy from other guests. An extra chair and another bedside table will be good. Good value at the budget price.

Very nice large rooms with cozy balcony. Great location to the beach. Delicious cheap food shops nearby.

Good hotel. But families must consider that nothing should get damage Otherwise they will recover the cost. Coffee they provide mandatory in day time. Beach is 300m away. But Indian restaurant is bit far. Indian ppl who want to eat Indian food Mr. Hasan from Delhi house cum restaurant is 750 m away.

Good helpful staffs, clean rooms, quite neighborhood, 3 min walking diatance from jomtien beach

Super duper affordable place with super clean rooms (500 baht per night). I left my wallet downstairs by the parked motorbike overnight, and the cleaning lady found it and returned it to the reception. Tipped her 1k baht because all good deeds should be rewarded. Oh yeah it's opposite a motorcycle rental place run by a French guy that's really affordable and convenient as well. Will definitely stay here again if returning to Pattaya.

This will be our second trip to Z by Zing this August
Decided to return as a stop over after first having visited a couple of years ago.
Hotel was well located, clean and very affordable and the staff were all pleasant

Best hotel in Pattaya, this is the best and bestest hotel In pattaya.very low cost and very much amenities

ห้องใหม่ ห้องน้ำก็โอ แต่ที่ไม่ดีคือ พื้นห้องไม่สะอาด ไม่มีการกวาดพื้นเลย เดินสากเท้ามาก กลิ่นท่อในห้องน้ำก็เหม็น มีกลิ่นตลอดเวลา

ภายนอกดูไม่ค่อยโอเครแต่ภายในห้องนอนอี้มมมม โคตรคุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไปเลย แถมน้องพนักงานน่ารักบริการดี๊ดี

Nice place but Hotel staff is not good they show lots of attitudes only the lady in reception i think she is manager wshe wear a specks and litte more weights like me is really very helpful and kind. Thanks for the lady.

Worst place and rooms and the service provided is even more worst. Just look for another place.

This is budgeted hotel recommended for back packers far from the city and long walk to Jomtien.
