Very good hotel, in a quiet soi, near the beach, big room and clean, very good water pressure at the shower. Really very good price/ quality. 2min walk from the beach.
Really nothing bad to say.

Cheap and clean. Staff friendly. At night, noisy from inconsiderate guests (Russian) talking/ shouting in corridors.

โรงแรม​อยู่ในซอยแถวหาดจอมเทียน เดินเข้าออกมาแถวหาดไม่ไกลมาก ถ้ามีรถจะสะดวกกว่า มีที่จอด​รถยนต์​แต่ไม่เยอะมาก พนักงานบอกว่า รปภ ช่วยหาให้ได้ถ้ามาดึกแล้วไม่มีที่จอด พนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการ​ดี ดูเป็นมิตรและสุภาพโดยเฉพาะ​พนัก​งานหญิง

ในส่วนของห้องพัก ได้ห้องกว้าง มีของใช้ให้เกือบครบ สะอาด ไม่อับ สว่าง ไม่มืด มีระเบียง กลางคืนเงียบสงบ พักห้อง 3 คน จองได้ราคาไม่ถึง 700 บาท (ลองเปรียบเทียบ​ดูหลายๆ ที่ agoda, booking, taveloka, trip ที่ไหนถูกกว่าก็จอง) ​ จะมีตินิดหน่อยคือ ท่อน้ำในห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเล็กน้อย แต่ปิดประตูก็ไม่ได้มีกลิ่นออกมาภายในห้อง และแอร์เสียงดังนิดหน่อย แต่นอนได้ไม่มีปัญหา

โดยรวมแล้วคือดีและคุ้มค่ามากสำหรับการพักค้างคืนชั่วคราว

The hotel is suitable for unpretentious tourists, breakfast is not provided, the hotel is located away from the street so it is quite quiet, but the air conditioning is quite noisy, the room had a window overlooking the neighboring building so there was no view. The bed linen was clean. The advantage of the hotel is its convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the main road to the center of Pattaya and to the pier to go to Koh Larn, because swimming in Pattaya itself is not very pleasant. 15-20 minutes walk to the night market, a pleasant walk.

The room is spacious, the bed is large, and the storage is abundant, so there is no dissatisfaction. It takes about 2 minutes to get off at Songthaew, but if possible, those who have a means of transportation.

There is no fancy decoration, I think there is a lot of space and storage to live like an apartment.
Quiet at night. There is no live house nearby.

You can enjoy a walk on the beach in the morning and evening. There is no shortage of seven, restaurants, and massages if you go to Beach Road.

Reception is also kind.
There is a hotel of the same name on the Songthaew route from Pattaya, but not there.

Not too good room - descent size but no natural light and a lot of noise - you get less than what you pay for.
Night guard is very nice and very helpful to park the car at night when there is a lack of parking space - take care of him.

The hotel is old but well maintained. The room is huge.
But there is no breakfast, no pool, the staff is a bit surly for Thailand. 100 meters to the sea, but there is no beach, there is another kilometer to the beach.
The legs have been erased. Lived 2 days. Moved to another hotel next to the night market. Beach, swimming pool. And cheaper!
The price tag in Z is not really overpriced! I do not recommend.

Rooms are OK for the price and the staff are very welcoming. Parking is a very difficult thing! If you arrive early then don't move then no problem!

Better than expected.
Friendly staff. Clean room.
Good stable internet.
Location is like 300m from Jomtien beach.

- แอร์ ห้องที่ผมได้แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น เปิดแอร์ตั้งแต่เข้าห้องมาตอนค่ำๆจนตอนนอน แอร์ยังไม่ค่อยเย็นเลย มารู้สึกเย็นตอนตื่นมากลางดึก แอร์ลมอ่อนค่อนข้างเก่า
- ห้องน้ำ ค่อนข้างแคบ แบ่งโซนเปียกโซนแห้งไว้ก็จริงแต่เวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำกระเด็นไปโซนแห้ง ประตูเป็นแบบเลื่อน ไม่ค่อยสนิท ยังมีรูเล็กๆละหว่างประตูกับกำแพงมองได้เลย ตอนอาบน้ำ น้ำกระเด็นใส่รางประตู
- สายฉีดน้ำข่อนข้างแรง ใครไม่เช็คก่อน ระวังนะครับ
- สัญญาณมือถือ ค่อนข้้างต่ำ ผมต้องเปลี่ยนเป็นwifiแทน ผมใช้ ทรู

Expensive, dirty and ugly room. Poor place. They give you empty room, practically unfurnished room, only the bed and desk. You booked room with big window and nice, open więc. But that's scammers give you room eit viev, but these scammers give you a room with a view of the dirty wall of the opposite building dirty and smelly.when you ask that you booked another room they tell you that you can cancel your reservation but they won't give you your money back anyway, and you won't do anything to them.in the room has a very bad smell.the room looked so bad that I resigned myself to losing money and looked for another hotel and found one for the same price, even closer to the sea, very nicely decorated.

Empty, depressing rooms.the room is quite big but there is nothing but a bed some tiny desk otherwise the prison emptiness.quite depressing.to this window overlooking the opposite wall which is way from you, plus it's a very dirty and dusty wall.this view to the full prison atmosphere of this room. Really sed, poor place.in the photos the rooms look beautiful.bright, sunny, with a beautiful view.you arrive and they give you a dark room with a view of the opposite wall that closes the view of everything. When you say that there was another room in the picture, they only tell you that the other room is occupied, and if you don't like it, you don't have to move in, and the money they won't refund me.the quality is practically at the level of cheap rural Indian hotels, and the price is 700 thb per night! Expensive and sad!

The room is spaceous and clean. It has lift, walking distance to the beach and it is accessible to food centers and convenient stores.

I got a dirty, smelly room that looked completely different on the agoda website where I ordered. On the chords website it was a beautiful shiny sun room with a great view, in reality it was a room facing the opposite dirty wall. The room itself is depressing and empty, there is nothing to beautify it.it feels like a prison cell. The only thing you can do with these scammers is call the police because neither they nor agod will want to refund your booking even though they scammed you. Only way is to go to the police but who has time for that so i found another hotel Maleewan with a pretty decent room and a good price.

Noisy air conditioners, windows facing the wall.very inconvenient location, only it seems that close to the sea

We did not stay, the guys on reception were very rude when we asked if we could check in early, only kept repeating 2pm, we were there at 12am.
