Rented from this shop for the first time. Motorcycle was almost like new and in a very good condition. Prices were surprisingly affordable for a high season. Deposit is also quite small which is unusual for a manual transmission bike. Renting process was easy.

If you know how to ride - this shop is recommended.

Nice helpful staff, fair prices with insurance and assistance BUT only allows local hire in Pattaya. When asked, it was explained that assistance support for bikes outside the city limits was harder. Isn't that what assistance insurance is for? It was also suggested that it was more dangerous to ride outside the city. Really? Again, back to the insurance cover. Seems like this company wants to charge more but not deliver the service level.

OK, but a bit expensive for what you get. My bike was in good condition, but not necessarily worth paying more than similar places. If you are in the neighborhood, go for it. But - for me - it was not worth the trip from the north part of town.

Always use swiss bikes everytime I come to Pattaya. Always excellent service and great rates. Can extend your rental easily with no hassle, see you next time

Very terrible attitude.
One minute this Eric said "Minimum rental is 3 days" the next minute he said he cannot book any motorbokes for 3 days, in very broken English. There are plenty of motorbike rental services in Pattaya, this Eric and his Swiss whatever is the worst.
Well, I clearly asked 3 days, 19 to 21, do the math, kid.

Swiss Bike Shop. The Nmax 2018 Model 155 was delivered on the 3rd Nov to my Hotel Nova Park was picked up today 11th Nov at my Hotel. I would like to thank Patsy and staff for the Excellent Service, great bike well serviced never missed a beat. Lovely people indeed I will be using them again on my return. All holiday people if u want a good bike Excellent Service, Lovely Staff I highly recommend them.

If you're planning to ride outside pattaya. Be aware that they don't allow it. I offered to pay more but they said "I can just say no". Despite the good reviews from others, somewhat disappointed but I can understand their policy. There are other places you can rent without those restrictions.

Absolutely the best motorcycle rental experience I've had in Thailand. Easy and lots of choice of great quality scooters, and comes with insurance. Anyone renting a scooter/motorcycle in Thailand without insurance is risking so much. Swiss bike make even this easy. We went in and were out in 10 minutes with helmets, scooter and insurance. Brilliant.

Bikes OK. Staff arsy. On the 3 occasions I've been to Swiss bikes:
First time, didn't have what I wanted
Second time, the staff turned up late, therefore I had to wait.
Third time, for locked Had to bang on for to get staff.
I found the general attitude of the staff poor.
Since my original review were I was trying to be kind the owner decided to reply in an unsatisfactory manner.
Now I know why the attitude is poor! Keeping your customers happy can go a long way.take heed

Eric owner is cool guy. Prices like everywhere else but the bikes are solid and he's fair. Never had any problems at this shop. So rather rent it from a foreigner then from a thai. Greetings Andre

Decent quality bikes at affordable prices. Although be aware that the insurance provided is only the compulsory insurance required by Thai law.also insure that the bike has a full tank of petrol at the time of rental as they expect it to be returned with a full tank even if it was a partial tank when rented, otherwise you will be charged 100b fee. Otherwise the rental experience was quick and hassel free.

I found Swiss Bike and was greeted by Patty upon entering, she immediately offered me something cold to drink, was all smiles and very friendly. She quickly assisted me with my rental and I was on my way in a matter of minutes! I would highly recommend Swiss-Bikes to anyone!

They just moved to a new shop. You will meet Patty who handles the rentals. She is very polite and speaks very good English. She is helpful and very knowledgeable. The showroom is immaculant as are the scooters and motorcycles. The bikes are new or less than 2 years old. I rented a Yamaha NMax. Awesome scooter, great handling and power. Other ex-pats on motorcycles chatted with me as we waited in traffic. All were interested in where I rented it and the performance.
Eric was great responding to all my emails. Very easy to work with. I will rent again from Eric in October.
They included all the insurance and paperwork. Be aware the police were stopping ALL scooters headed to Jomtin beach, checking for international drivers licenses and insurance.
