Great price tag. The rent was delayed by one day, they said via WhatsApp that we would be delayed and that’s it. 2t baht deposit, we took a Yamaha nmax 155. For 12 days, the price was 250 baht per day, if less than 10 days it costs like 300 baht. Accepted without any problems and divorced

Rented an older motobike here.
2500 a month. Everything okay.
I now have a new Honda "click". Of course it costs more than 3500.
The people there are okay and serious. I am satisfied and recommend the shop.

Serious box, perfectly maintained vehicles. Eric and his top staff. I returned the scooter before the scheduled date and they gave me a credit. Prices displayed=prices applied. I recommend 100%.

I booked my scooter in advance, and once there, no bad surprise, everything was as agreed, the scooter like the price. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and French-speaking.
To sum up, I would definitely stay there again.

I am very happy with the brandnew Honda ADV350 that I rent now. Eric is a very sympathic and professional manager who runs successfully Swiss Bike. Topservice, friendly staff. I will never rent a motorbike somewhere else!

Really professional and the bikes we rented were virtually brand new.

Book ahead as there usually booked a week or so ahead despite having a hundred or more scooters.

I believe a 3 day minimum and no delivery to hotels.

Sehr sehr unfreundlich kann man auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen! So eine Arroganz und Überheblichkeit habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt! Die Roller sahen schon etwas heruntergekommen aus. Als wir dann Nachfragten sie mal Probe zu fahren, weil wir sie 7 Tage mieten wollten. Hat er gemeint dies ginge nicht. Auf Nachfrage wieso und das wir ja in Sichtweite bleiben könnten, Wies er uns direkt ab. Geht lieber nicht dahin!

Very professional, uncomplicated bike rental. Unlike many other shops it's not asked to deposit the passport. Deposit is just 1000 Bath cash for a small motorbike.
For the same price as other shops additionally here you get an insurance too.
No worries about being charged damages that you did not cause.
Absolutely recommend!

Been to Pattaya 15 times and had some bad experiences hiring scooters. The owner Eric is extremely professional and very easy to do business with. Don't risk hiring scooters from locals on the side of the road go see Eric and his staff.

A few days ago, I rented a motorbike there, and when I returned it, the lady at the table informed me that it had been damaged. The damage was evident in the video that I took before renting the bike. It appears that they are trying to scam consumers

Never rent from here! I have a horrible experience from the owner,
If you came a complaint about his sub standard bikes he will put your picture on Facebook and slag you off, threaten you with the police and hound you to return the bike immediately!
Please do not rent from this muppet!

Great service and bikes. Rented for the first time with swiss bike and I can definitely say that the bikes are in a very good condition and almost like new. Got free delivery and collection service to and from my hotel. The Thai lady working at the shop was very friendly and so was the owner. Totally recommend it if you want to ride SAFE and insured in Pattaya (Thai Cops are not joking anymore like a few years ago and things can get very expensive for you if you aren't insured AND have your international drivers license) Swiss Bike is totally worth the price which in my opinion is very fair compared to other local rental shops which won't provide the same service. I'll be renting again on my next trip. Thank you Swiss Bike ;)

Avoid this place the owner is a complete goof who likes to threaten customers. The prices and minimum rental weren't anything special. The owners attitude is horrible but then again it's pattaya lol.
