แอร์ไม่ทำงาน แต่ ไฟติด โทรศัพท์ ในห้องไม่ทำงาน ติดต่อพนักงานไม่ได้เลย เพิ่งเคยเจอ รร ระดับ centara เป็นแบบนี้

Good place to visit. The room was clean, simple and beautiful. Facilities and parking lot was provided. Good quality of bed and pillow, that made me sleep well all night. There are swiming pool and bar and the rooftop, visitor can see the ocean view from here. Very great view. Near the beach and 7-11. Breakfast buffet was so good too, various menu and style. All staffs were polite and friendly.

The room was great and the breakfast was good. The service from the front dest got us in with in less than 5 minutes.

3-star hotel standard only

Accomodation is pretty old and not very clean. Rooms are very small / aircon is loud and not adjustable / gym is small with no towels and no water + view on 3 toilets with open doors and open toilet bowls

This establishment is far below the usual Centara standard

Cozy hotel, great hospitality, really friendly and helpful staffs, nice ambience, have sea aquarium and rooftop restaurant

Comfortable hotel with polite service. Got upgraded so obviously happy.not enough parking although there is security on the street. There should also be security by the second building which I was in and a connection to the facilities in building 1 would make it 5 stars.

พนักงานบริการดีแต่ตัวโรงแรมเริ่มเก่า แอร์เย็นมากเกินไปและไม่สามารถปรับอุณหภูมิได้ อาหารเช้าน้อย ไม่อร่อย ไม่ไปพักอีกแน่นอน

1. No parking lot available enough for guests.
2. Housekeeping (clearing before check-in) not good. Thus, call housekeeping team
3. Intracommunication of hotel is bad (Doesn't have slippers in room, that will prepare in room before guest come. So, waiting almost 1 hour for slippers)
Must be improved to good sevices that same 5 stars hotel.

อันนี้ ต้องขอบอกว่า อยากคาดหวังอะไรกับ Centara grand pratamnak มากนักนะคะ เพราะเป็นโรงแรมขนาดไม่ใหญ่ ติดริมถนน ส่วนการตกแต่งภายใน
ใช้ได้คะ บริการดี แต่ไม่ค่อยมี กิจกรรมให้เล่นเม่าไหร่

Very nice place, employees are kind, view is great, also near a quiet beach, very different from the pattaya center, a little shortage is sometimes too many chinese, not quite polite, but this is not the problem of hotel, as a result, here is a great place for vacation

มีสระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งชั้นดาดฟ้า มีห้ฟิตเนส (แต่ลืมหมวกไว้ในห้องฟิตเนสกลับไปหาไม่เจอแล้ว สอบถามที่ล็อปปี้พนักงานก็ไม่เห็นค่ะ) ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างน้อย ชายหาดต้องเดินข้ามถนนไปอีกฝั่ง เตียงที่ชายหาดไม่ฟรีนะคะ เสียที่นั่งละ100 บาท

Really good view! Great staff! Good car services! The hotel rooms are showing its age. But the design is really beautiful

Nice room, excellent breakfast. Hotel offers free in rooms wifi but it is useless. Most of the time it won't connect. But when it connected, the speed as fast as 1G (super slow and annoying).

Hotel is situated about 100 metres from the beach road. Rooms are comfortable, service excellent. Be aware of the "advance" you need to deposit though! An advance of 4000 TBH for a four day stay is steep. Especially if you travel in and are already short on forex. And if the payment has already been done in advance. Marking three stars for the sheer inconvenience that really causes, as essentially, your 4000 bahts are just locked in till you check out. Disappointing!

Extremely clean lobby, friendly staff, and a grand piano as well whcih I played. Really pleasant experience
