Centara Grand Phratamnak Pattaya

Good hotel, very good location, rooms were very nice, bad internet, therefore only 4 points and no kitchenette and no big fridge. Otherwise very good. Daily room service, but the rooftop pool isn't that great.

พอดีไม่ได้ไปเข้าพักแต่พอดีต้องไปทำงานจึงมีโอกาสได้ไปสำรวจบริเวณโรงแรมถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ค่อนข้างดี อยู่ห่างทะเลไม่เท่าไหร่สามารถเดินจากที่พักไปทะเลได้ แล้ววิวด้านบนของตัวโรงแรมมองเห็นทะเลสวยงามมากถ้ามีโอกาสก็อยากจะไปพักที่นี่เหมือนกันครับ

. เป็นคอนโดฯเก่ามากค่ะแต่โครงสร้างแข็งแรงดีค่ะ. อยู่ในกลางเมืองพัทยา. ไปมาสะดวกสบายไม่มีรถส่วนตัวก็สามรถไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกรวดเร็วและที่สำคัญอยู่ห่างจากทะเลเพียงแค่น่าจะไม่เกิน1000เมตรค่ะ เดินก็ประมาน15-20นาทีถึงทะเล. เยี่ยมมากเลย.

โรงแรมขนาดไม่ใหญ่มาก สระว่ายน้ำเล็กไปน่อย ที่จอดรถใต้ดินมีน้อย ต้องจอดริมถนนไกลออกไปแต่มีรถรับ-ส่ง ในโรงแรมโดยรวมถือว่าดี ไม่ติดหาดแต่อยู่ใกล้หาดเดินข้ามถนนไป อาหารเช้าห้องอาหารมีตู้ปลาทะเลขนาดใหญ่

Centara Grand Phratamank Pattaya is great and price reasonable

The front desk is very friendly and makes you feel welcome from the beginning. Amazing shark tank in the main dining, great reception from the hotel’s staff.

Room - Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious.

Service - All staff was well-trained and very professional.

Food - Breakfast is very various, Asian including sushi and noodles, American and continental

สถานที่โอเคนะครับ สะอาด พนักงานดูแลดี ใส่ใจ ได้อัพเกรดห้องให้ด้วย ที่จอดรถน้อย แต่ก็พยายามหาที่จอดให้ มีที่จอดว่างก็โทรตามให้ลงมาขยับ อาหารเช้าดี มีให้เลือกค่อนข้างหลากหลาย รสชาติดีทีเดียว ไม่มีรูปเลยเพราะไปเย็นแล้ว รีบใช้ชีวิต ฮ่าาา รอบหน้าจะถ่ายภาพมาฝากนะครับ

Excellent hotel, really made to feel welcome and special. Got upgraded to a suite and was well and truly impressed. The hotel is clean and has fantastic architecture. Very nice.

Best part of the hotel is the restaurant the sharks fish tank, you will love the brakefast buffet in Thera and we even decided to have a dinner that was very good. Saturday's night they have a buffet in the rooft top restaurant, so you can enjoy the fish tank, since it is empty.
The hotel is not beach access like it looks in the photos, it is in walk distance.
Rooms are very good in sice and quality, but I am not sure if it is worth the price, sin the hotel is very small and a little bit old

Beautiful place, large rooms with great facilities. Only stayed for one night due to time restraints but would definitely come back again for multiple days.
Plenty of markets and stores around to explore at night, and the beach is within walking distance should you want to take a dip. An outdoor rooftop swimming pool is available with a nice view of the beach. Restaurant inside the hotel is really classy and tasty, with a seafood buffet available.

The hotel itself has great location, ocean view, the staff very helpful, rooms are big, great air con, the down side for us was the smell that came from bathroom and water leaking from tap.

It's close to the beach, has a terrific aquarium with sharks in the lobby, and best of all is the view from the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Really nice location.bit away from city centre but closest to beautiful beach. If reaching by Bus from Bangkok to Pattaya, then catch share taxi at Pattaya Bus Depot.

Great place to visit with family, friends single as well. The staff are very helpful and caring. You won't fell lonely. You will love the sunset view from this hotel. Pattaya beach is just a minute far you won't even fell the distance.

ได้พักที่ตึกเปิดใหม่ อาจจะยังมีฝุ่นปูนอยู่บ้าง แต่โดยรวมดีค่ะ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะมาก สระว่ายน้ำชมพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยมาก แต่สระว่ายน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย

ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี ที่พักไม่ติดชายหาดแต่สามารถเดินทะลุตึกไปได้ไม่ไกลมาก มีสระว่ายน้ำขนาดเล็กบนดาดฟ้าให้เด็กว่ายเล่นได้ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะและรสชาติอร่อยใช้ได้

วิวไม่เหมือนที่โฆษณา โรงแรมเล็ก บริการแย่ไปนั่งร้านอาหารในรร. รอนานมากไม่มีพนักงานมาสักคน จนต้องเดินออกไปซื้อข้าว7-11

Our room 805 smells very bad when we told staff they lit a candle! Very poor.
The other facilities ate ok just just let down by lack of attention.
An example being, we went up to the pool one afternoon and most of the sun beds had wet towels on them and no-one was there except 3 staff chatting behind the bar.
On the positive side everyone is friendly and polite and it is in a nice quiet airea

Good resort, yumm breakfast, but lacks in housekeeping. Unclean coffee mugs even after room service, not a 4-star resort as it has been rated on TripAdvisor

Hotel is quite old even after renovation. Parking in hotel is limited so you may have to park on the street. Size of the room is acceptable and there are a lot of choices for the buffet breakfast. However, there is stinky smell in the room. It was like some clothes didn’t dry up.
