Beautiful view! The resort overall and the pool need some maintenance work done to keep the luxury feeling.

I'm sorry that zero is not exsist, but that is what Veranda deserve! We have order two coctails, Mai Tai and Veranda special, both cocktail was with no alcohol, actually there was just a some juice inside. And a bug in a "fresh" mandarin on the top. Waiter have no excuse, we paid 520bht plus 10% extra charge. 5* hotel REALLY!

Had two nights stay at Veranda for a special birthday trip of my other half. Hotel scenery was so fresh and greenery. Staff was very friendly and pay attention to the details. I never repeated my special request at all when I checked in, they noted and prepared you an impressive stay. Good job Veranda Chiangmai. Kudos! To your staff and excellent services.

Crazy expensive, OK OK it is beautiful
went for afternoon tea and a swim.
No recommend for the price. But it is actually it's very beautiful place

Awesome located luxury hotel with great service, views and facility, perfect to get away from the stress of daily life. The only downside of the stylish rooms with tube directly in the room is only the maintenance, unfortunately this applies for the hotel hotel, maybe a general chaing Mai problem,

Good view and great service. Although I had a wonderful moment here.but It still has some little things bother me such as the system of hot shower is quite weird to use it.plus the taps that are broken and can't be fixed.

Good place for a couple but in my (and my wife} opinion.it is not the best convenient place for a family that has little children

Pretty Bad state of repair of timber work. 3 star in.food.ambience.landscaping only saving grace a stunning Pool.

Very nice quiet place, rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, the whole place is an oasis of serenity. Food is good, breakfast selection varied. A bit pricey, but quality has its price.

A beautiful hotel, with natural environment, swimming pool is excellent. Be careful for the small insects, there are a lot, but lovely. A good choice for relax.

Fun spot for attending a wedding! And a great weekend getaway from the city life. About 40 minutes outside of the Chiang Mai city center.

Some rooms are beautiful but the rooms at the entrance of the resort are totally overpriced. My room was dirty and not in good shape. The complimentary upgrade then gave me a wonderful garden view. Food is tasty and the service very good
