I fully relaxed in a very beautiful resort.
F&B staffs are very kind and active.
I definately go back to this resort soon and will stay longer next time.

Very nice hotel, big area with stunning view on the mountains. Amazing swimming pool.
Good food in the 2restaurant and breakfast.
Staff very kind and helpful.
All the areas very cleans, rooms are spacious.

The hotel environment is pleasant but that's really the only positive thing. This hotel does not deserve to have 5 stars. All of the services are absolutely not worthy of an establishment claiming to be 5 stars.
We had booked a room with a jacuzzi, and indeed we had a "large bathtub" on the terrace which he called a jacuzzi. We had to fill this jacuzzi every day because it leaked and the water didn't stay in it. In addition, it has to be filled with hot water and the flow rate from the tap is so low that it takes around 3 to 3.5 hours to fill it. We paid more for the room and it's a real scam.
Another negative point is the breakfast buffet which is absolutely not worthy of a 5 star (the hotel manager should go see the SOFITEL buffet in KRABI and that is a real 5 star)
The swimming pool is correct but small for an establishment with so many rooms and only a dozen deckchair and sofa places.
Really very disappointed with our stay

Reception staff are quite friendly
Carry your luggage to the door of your room (also for check-out)
Breakfast is also great, although there are not many items
But they are all popular

We stayed two nights at Veranda Resort and it was amazing. From the moment you arrive to the reciption area, you will be amazed by the natural design of the resort. We booked a pool villa and the room was spacious and nice yet the private pool was small (2m x 3.5m). The breakfast is various and there is a kids club, spa and daily shuttles to the city.
The only things I did not like is the low pressure water at the rain shower, and the mosquitos which is natural as we are staying in the middle of the jungle.

At the evening, you can hear loud sounds of different forest frogs.

I would highly recommend the resort for quiet relaxation from the city.

If you are looking for alone time to relax.this is the place you're looking for. Location might be a little bit away from downtown but worth for fresh air and calm moment. Staffs are nice and responsive!

Hire your own car and make your stay that much easier as you get in and out of town. Shuttle buses are provided regularly just in case. Each building consists of villas or large suites serviced by buggies. No lifts on most buildings so a few stairs to climb up. Avoid the wet season as the place is swarmed with mosquitoes. Incense provided.

A tranquil and peaceful escape from downtown Chiang Mai. The Veranda High Resort is located around 30 minutes from the old town and is set in lush and serene landscapes. A big shout out to all of the staff at the hotel, particularly the front desk. Nothing has been too much trouble for the team and they are exceedingly polite and helpful. The time here has been so comfortable that we’ve decided to extend our stay. Highly recommend staying at this resort.

Absolutely fantastic place. It’s not cheap by any means but when you compare this to other MGallery hotels, it’s a steal.

Magical views of a Disney-style temple up in the mountains. The breakfast was great.

The gym equipments were very good and the swimming pool has an amazing view.

The staff could not be any better and the dinner was just divine and relatively speaking affordable.

You can hire a Grab when getting here but going back to the city will cost you 600 Baht because you can’t find any Grabs here.

Overall, highly recommended if you just want to chill and relax in a quiet ambience.

Very nice hotel located about 30min drive outside Chiang Mai center.

The resort is big and very beautiful. Perfect for a nature escape outside the busy city.

Best is to first stay 1-2 nights in Chiang Mai center to do the main visits (as the hotel is a bit far, free navette is very limited and taxi cost is 600THB per way).

We tested both the private pool room and the scenery room with private Jacuzzi. Both have the same price per night. The clear better choice is the private pool room: room and terrasse are larger, pool also offer jacuzzi function, bathtub is much nicher as located in a small inner garden.

High rise restaurant is the only clear negative at Veranda. Very unclean (see pictures), we found insects in many meals and in the bread every morning. + the prices are way too high for Thailand (and the quality is barely average). Count 350THB for a simple plate.

M gallery standard. Nice property maintenance. Spacious room with fully amenities. Balcony was so comfy. Resort atmosphere was so green and relax. Garden also nice. Swimming pool view was ao stunning. Breakfast buffet served various dishes. And nice location. Fitness and Kid room are available. Friendly and helpful staffs. Recommend.

A few days ago, my wife and I stayed at the Veranda Resort. The welcome is truly excellent. In the room, knowing it was my birthday, we were given a welcoming happy birthday surprise from the Veranda Resort. All the staff are always available and very polite and kind. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and all the services are really excellent. As for the food I must say that it is really of a high quality and well prepared. A big compliment from me goes to all the chefs, who work very professionally and above all know how to take care of food by combining tastes in a truly excellent way. My wife and I were really happy and satisfied with everything. Veranda Resort is definitely highly recommended on our part.

Veranda High Resort in Chiang Mai was a wonderful place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, assistance was available and prompt. The accommodations are beautiful with natural decor and a peaceful environment. The breakfasts were delicious with so many options. And the lunch/dinner and room service options were also delicious and varied. This is our first time to travel to Asia, and we stayed here for 10 days. We spent a lot of time in the city, and loved having such a wonderful respite to return to each day.
