The location is excellent and easy to walk to the night markets and restaurants. For the price it is really great! The Location, pool, refrigerator in the room, conveniences and service! It's comfortable, clean and a great place to relax by the pool at the end of the day.

Decent budget hotel located near Thapae's gate. In the middle of the town surrounded with a lot of foods. Dated, feel like you in the mid 70s We got room #202 first we don't like it because it beside employee's cafeteria room too noisy. So we be able to change to another Room. Superior big room. Bathroom need some work, mold on the shower curtain looked disgusting. Staffs was nice and helpful. Free parking on site. 3 water bottles.

Great hotel if your staying in Chiang Mai. Pool was nice and cold, very refreshing. Bathroom cleaniness could have been a little better.
