โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดยังใหม่อยู่แต่ห้องเล็กมาก อยู่ในซอยเดินเข้ามาประมาณ 200เมตร เข้าได้สองซอย ซอยนึงเป็นผับ อีกซอยเป็นสุสาน

Very nice hotel, Novotel standard with the excellence of Thai service. Pool and gym are small but still ok.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately room on ground floor was close to a loud nightclub and sleep therefore hard to find.

Stayed here for a few days and it was a small but nice comfy room. Didn't really use any of their facilities though.

Newly open Novotel hotel in Chiangmai. Locate just few minutes by walk from Nimman. Surrounded with Maya lifestyle shopping center (walkable), Nimman road, restaurants, Cafe, and many facilities. Off the main road with few steps.

Comfortable mattress, enough space, modern interior decor with Northern Thai inspired. Room comes with living space and saparated shower, basin, and toilet.

Fitness, small rooftop pool, parking, restaurant and bar, tour desk, elevator, and 24hrs staff provided.

Breakfast is good enough but not that extraordinary.

Most impressive for this stay is the 'feel welcomed' and nice services from every single staff I have met. Friendly and helpful. Well organized and quickly solve the problem. First impression is that as the same day of making reservation, I got a call from hotel staff to re-confirm and rearrange the room to fit the number of guests. Also due to room type, some rooms are able to add rollaway bed and I recommend to contact the hotel in advance.

โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดใหม่ สะอาด มีของใช้ครบครัน มีแม้กระทั่งเครื่องชั่งน้ำหนัก ที่สำคัญคือเตียงนุ่มมากกกกก สามารถสั่งอาหารมาทานในห้องได้แต่ราคาสูง เบื่อๆก็สั่งอาหารผ่าน grab ได้ ใกล้ห้าง Maya เดินไปได้สะดวกมากๆ หรือจะเรียก grab ไปไหนมาไหนก็สะดวก ใกล้กับสุสาน เดินกลางคืนก็จะหลอนนิดๆ แต่ดีที่ไฟบริเวณนี้สว่างดี ไม่น่ากลัวค่ะ

What use do you have if you have silver at accor An earlier check in you pay 1 day (1177bath). The location is good, a shoppingMall and many restaurants 500m from the hotel. A Mc Donalds is 700m from the hotel. For further trips we took Grab (such as Uber). So easy The room was clean, the pillows were hard for me. For breakfast you can also find everything outside.after the response from the owner Novotel ChiangMai I am disappointed with the response. A day in advance I had sent an email to the hotel asking for an early check in at arrival time 8am. On the day of arrival around 10am we received an email from the hotel. So we arrived at the hotel around 8 am and nobody knew about the early check in. The hotel was fully booked (they said that) and we were able to check in around 2 p.m. After we asked if we would pay for it, there was no problem. Since we were so tired, we paid for it to be able to discuss it afterwards.

The hotel is new and beautiful. But the MAD Bar next door plays REALLY LOUD music till 12am everyday, and drunk people were yelling on the streets afterwards. We couldn't sleep well! Definitely not acceptable for how much you pay!

Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub have the potential to be a superb hotel in one of the nicest and convenient area of Nimman, Chiangmai, but apparently, the hotel fails to do.

As I've been staying with Accor Brand "Novotel" for several places, sadly, the Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub have a lot of downsides than benefits. The hotel is new, meaning, it has been officially opened since June/July 2019. The term "new", well, meaning for this case, there's a lot of gap to fill in. For example, there's no concrete service of door man (2/8 times I have to open the door myself to enter / exit the lobby). There's no clear roles (visibly) of whos the concierge and whos the receptionist.

The most important part that made this a two rating stars would definitely the rooms with "no sound protection" at all. I'm not sure whether the upper floors effected this, but for the deluxe rooms on the first floor, the door, the wall are built-in really thin. I can literally hear the sound of the conversation besides the room (like words per words), the usage of water pipe running besides the room, and adding salt to water, the pub next door playing loud music at night time. There's no sound proof to this at all.

Breakfast was just ok. Understood theres many Chinese Tourist operations going on daily, it was always loud and crowded during 7am breakfast time during my stay.

Housekeeper staffs are nice and friendly though. To conclude, the hotel itself situated near Nimman area and very near to Maya shopping center which is very convenient. But having said that, there's alot to be improved to get to the status of "4 stars" hotel.

Edited after 5 nights. The location is fantastic, near to to the vibrant Nimman area (Maya mall, One Nimman), cafes galore, restaurants, night market. All these places are within 5-15 minutes walk. Anything else, it's easy to get Grab.

New hotel. Nice ambience. Room is adequate. Bathroom is strange and small in that you'll need to change outside. No place to hang your clothes inside. Restaurant is good. Staff is friendly.
