Top hotel, security for the bike, location near all restaurants, great service and a breakfast with cheese. Rooms are prefect.

Novotel Hotel is situated in a popular vicinity. Lots of food joints. Near to mall. Walking distance to amenities. However, the table and chair are small. Tight space to do your work.
It has a good breakfast spread.
Comfortable bed.
Overall, it is good!

Arrived late at night for check in but very pleasant experience served by Taro and Arm. Both wonderful gentlemen who assisted to process the Check in very smoothly and Arm provided excellent guidance to the nearby attractions and places of interest. Very professional and helpful gentleman. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chiangmai. Keep up the good work!

P.s only shortfall is location is a little away from the Main Street, especially when there are no lights along the street. It did felt scary to walk at night.

We arrived in night, the entrance is difficult to find. There was a tuk tuk driver parked in front of parking lot entrance, however she didn’t want to move, the entrance is only a car width, I wasn’t able to get in, I told her to move, she was angry and rude! Swear in Thai, I could understand, she said bad stuffs and keep on saying as she was moving her tuk tuk. Very poor security guard sitting on his chair and playing on his phone while he was seeing all this happen. Crazy how poor of security guard level for this hotel and price that I paid.

Beside from the bad experience when arriving to the hotel, the location is good, if you like night market and mall, walking distance, but a bit difficult to walk in dark.

The room was clean and nice decorated, very comfy bed and environment.

For the price, it’s a good hotel. Car park someone complained about, but that’s just not fair. It’s perfect and secure and undercover with guard. Very comfortable and clean and thoughtful fittings like sockets for USB and UK plugs. Nice staff. Convenient location. Walk easily to Nimman and Maya Mall. We extended our stay as for price it would be hard to find a better place in this location.

Good stay. I just didn’t like the way they designed the bathroom without door. Breakfast wad chaos on 29-30 Dec. Demand exceed supply. They should have better managed the seatings if they are aware of the customer number.

Branded as Novotel yet it's in the Journeyhub Group.it's more of a ibis with steroids trying very hard to be novotel. Room is compact and clean no doubt. Just because they put a pity pool on roof top doesn't make it a novotel unfortunately.

As an Accor member, i’m quite disappointed at this place. There are very limited (new) hotel in Accor chain in Muang Chiangmai and this place is not really fulfill the needs. This place is ok for a short, cheap business trip but not for a relaxation stay. Limited room type and small facility. The restaurant is very basic. There should be more option for Accor member in Chiang Mai. However. The staffs are great and friendly. Just the hotel itself that should be more up-scale.

บริการไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ค่ะพัก2คืนของในห้องก็ไม่เติมให้พอตอนกลับหาว่าเรายังไม่ชำระค่าห้องแต่ทั้งๆชำระตั่งแต่ตอนเช็คอินทำให้เราเสียเวลาเกือบครึ่งชัวโมงอยากทราบว่าทำไมรับเงินแล้วไม่คีย์ลงระบบ

Non-family friendly. Small kid can get hurt from sharpy corner of furniture by just walking.

Ask for help but no solution provided.

I could say this is below Accor standard compared to multiple
Novotel i used to stay.

Bar staffs are nice
Cozy vibe.
Front office are not trained to be service mind compared to security.

An amazing and warm welcome hotel since I have stepped in. Locating near the Nimman road, one of the most famous tourist attractions in Chiang Mai, Thaliand with lots of cafés, restaurants, and boutique hotels and guesthouses. The room is quite small but come with a massive smart TV, which is great for relaxing watching TV in the bed on the lazy day. Hotel has a great decoration and design. There are many spots in this hotel for you to take a snap shot which will increase your likes on the instagram. The hotel is locating near the local restaurant named "Black gooseberry". The most famous dishes there are the kaya toast and the Vietnamese noodle waiting for you to try with affordable prices.

Good for business trip, but not the place for luxury getaway or relax. The pool is small and no sauna or steam facilities. Rooms are new and clean as of 2020. The lighting control in the room was very well designed, you can control all the lights from your bedside panel. In-room amenities were limited yet effective. No place to hang clothes in case you’re here for a long stay. No bathtub but the shower comes with rain shower. Bed was comfy enough. A very lean hotel.

Food was pathetic. Go eat outside if you can.
