I initially booked this place a night coz I wantes to see first if I would like it. I stayed in a dorm room. After mt first day, I ended up extended my stay for a week. At firsr, the dorm room I was in had a faulty door and AC but they moved us to another one on top which has everyrhing that works. What I liked about this hotel/hostel is the huge common area and the conference room! Since I was working and travelling, It was really very useful for me. They also have a washer and a dryer which you can use for 40baht via selfservice and that was really nice. The staff were also nice and accommodating! They have light bfast included for your stay although it wasnt much, it was still better than nothing. Will definitely stay here again! One more thing they also have bicycles you can borrow for free.

Excellent. 5 *****stars. Sorry 6 stars ******All reception staff were faultless. 25 years of staying at Thailand hotels the staff here were the best. Keep all staff they are priceless. The breakfast was excellent. Dean, Nimit, Trevor & the girly.

Beautifully designed hotel and hostel. I just loved the interior design and the facilities. This hotel provides free breakfast for everyone. In addition, it has a working/reading room just beside the dining room. Highly, recommended for your visit in Chiang Mai if you want most of the facilities at a very affordable rate.

I stayed here for one night in the female only dorm when I was passing back through Chiang Mai. Clean and modern hostel located just outside the old city. Dorms are quiet, and there's good air conditioning. There's also a really great communal space downstairs to socialise, read, or work. Free tea / coffee and a light breakfast (cereal and toast) is included. The street is busy and loud at night, mostly bars and massage parlours, but you can't hear it from inside the dorms. I would definitely recommend for someone on a budget looking for a modern and relaxed place to stay in the city.

Probably the best place to stay in the whole city going by quality/price, the location is pretty good (there are some girl bars in the street but it's not too annoying), the services provided (free breakfast, free bikes, room cleaning, water refill, etc) and the rooms are a 10/10.
