I love this restaurant though it is high-priced but worh spending once in a while.

The service was excellent. The staffs did pay attention to details and gave a brief for each serve. Each dish was cooked delicately with every little details.

They provided an appitizer and little dessert for free.

There might not be a varierty of choices like the Brasserie by Water Library (at Central Embassy) but the food was far beyond expectation.

Excellent taste and also full of surprise, they served 7 side dishes which were delicious and extravagant decorating

The best service I have ever come across in Bangkok! The food is super pleasant. I have never made any review on any restaurant that I went but I’m reviewing for this! There are a lot of complementary dishes so beware of how many menu you would order ;)

Very pleasant dining experience with high quality food and service. All the dishes were well presented and faultless.

Although located in a mall, it is a completely different atmosphere inside. Very nice decor, felt private, up-scale, but also quite relaxing. Service was very welcoming and attentive.

Everyone at the table got 3 complimentary appetisers regardless of ordering set or a la carte. Around 10+ dishes came with the dinner set and they were all excellent. Breads ware amazing, small dishes in between were well presented with great flavour, was a bit skeptical with the cold pasta but was also very good, mains were all nicely done (sea bass, tenderloin, lamb), excellent desserts, especially the apple tarte. Wine selection is huge (200+ bottles), covering a lot of French and American wines.

As the name suggests, there is a large selection of spring water from the best sources around the world. The menu includes a description of each water’s Total Dissolved Solids (i.e. Below 800mg/l is light water and great with fish, heavy water great with meat) and pH levels (below 7 is acidic and great with savory food, above 7 is sweet and good with desserts). Price ranges from THB 140-300+. The cheapest one was 0.5L Acqua Panna, Bergamo/Lombardy, Italy, TDS 139, pH 8.2.

Travel is very convenient by the subway MRT Sam Yan station located directly under the mall (Chamchuri Square). Parking and toilet are in the mall area, doesn’t bother me but is something to keep in mind. Lunch set would be around half the price with a few less dishes and would be excellent value for money. The dinner was great for special occasions. #mytastingnotes

Wonderful dining experience, very tasty food. We loved the creativity and attention to detail with the food presentation. The highlight was the manager who was so friendly she ordered a taxi and walked us all the way to the car park to insure we located the right car to travel back to our hotel. Beyond impressed. Highly recommended.

Signature dishes have been quite consistent since the original restaurant, Restaurant Ember, was inaugurated by Chef Haikal together with his Thai and Singaporean partners at Langsuan Balcony over 10 years ago. Too bad he’s no longer active in Bangkok but the quality remains. It’s the location (building) that it doesn’t quite fit with the food. This place is much better than the one in Central Embassy though with a lot more varieties and degustation menus.

Waterlibrary Chamchuri is one of a few places here that maintains its quality consistently year after year. Both quality wise and service aspect are great. Scallop dish today was lovely indeed. Marc Soyard Amphore was interesting. Natural wine with bright characters. Low in alcohol. Nice one to experience.

18Aug19: Had lobster during the meal and happy with it. Unique flavour like lobster deserves cooking that yields its natural taste rather than overwhelming spices IMHO. This is a great one actually.

This Water Libery branch at Cahamchuri sq.is very very fine dine restaurant with very good service. The food was awesome. Enjoy every courses. Good surprise. I like their 'Water Libery' chain.

What a great place, traditional food meets German accuracy:). Best bread I had in Thailand. The lobster had a great composition of different traditional flavors, still the fine taste of the lobster meat was present. Wagyu had an excellent meaty taste. Even the kids loved everything. Top Service (of course, mandatory on this level anyway). Full points.
