The Trendy Office and Condominium

Went there to renew our passports and could not have had a better experience. Staff were good and helpful.

There are lots of offices and visa agents there, you can print documents, rsent and ship, not expensive, there's a cafe there, and a very cheap Thai restaurant,

Confusing parking, confusing lobby with poor information where to find which floor to go to. One of only 2 lifts out of operation, so a long wait

Really nice and quality office around this spot. U can see visa office, language classes, science classes and so many educational offices.

Trendy is a building with mixed use. Part of it is an office building including the visa section for the commonwealth countries. There are also restaurant like the Old German Beerhouse and others. There are shops, pool bars as well as massage places.
Yet the largest part of the building are condos.

You can get every thing in one building like visa counseling, thai and english language classes coffee shop and many more

The building itself is not on the main road, you need to walk or take motobike there. It's very busy office building becaused there are many offices up there, especially the Visa agencies for Schengen area. Overall good facilities.

อยู่ในซอยสุขุมวิท13 เป็นอาคารขนาดไม่เล็กไม่ใหญ่ คนจะคึกคักมากหน่อย เนื่องจากเป็นสำนักงานตัวแทนทำวีซา หลายประเทศ เช่น อังกฤษ ออสเตรเลียฯลฯ การเดินทางสะดวก BTS ลงสถานี นานา เดินนิดเดียว ถ้าขับรถมาเองก็ลงเพลินจิตเหนือ ชิดซ้ายออก สุขุมวิทซอย1 แล้วก็ดูป้ายซอยเอา อาคารที่จอดรถอยู่ถัดจากตึกเล็กน้อย จอดรถได้เฉพาะชั้น5นะ ปั้มบัตรในตึกจอดฟรี 2ชม.

Has Australian embassy and so many other country embassies. Also there are visa agents every where there. Be careful who you choose as prices vary wildly.

Quite a messy and disorganised place. The visa section is a miserable police station style experience

Difficult to find parking here. More convenient to come by BTS (Get off at Nana BTS station and walk here)

Submitted application for replacement passport. In and out in under 10mins. I arrived 45 mins early and they processed my application straight away. Great service. Just make sure you have all your documents ready prior!

Went to re-new my UK passport and my son's UK passport at the VHS office in Trendy Building. All the documents submitted were correct except 1, I needed a colour copy of a black and white paper (tabian ban)! I was not sure about that requirement so I had an additional colour copy made and everything was OK. The checking of the papers for the two applications took 1 hour and I should receive the passports back in 6 weeks.

Very busy and the line to go up the elevator to apply for a visa is along wait. But people there are helpful.

Very easy to get here from bts. If you need to get English translations done for documents this is a place to come to. They are cheap, efficient and fast. An hour and it is done, normally.
Lots of people come here to apply for visas and stuff. I can't any advice on this see I g I only go there to get stuff translated.

Crowded, horrible directions by help desk, nothing ''trendy'' here, just a bunch of budget businesses.
