Was in and out very quickly, have nothing to complain about, only visited 1 office and had a coffee

Located at sukhumvit soi 13. Address for residential and commercial offices. VFS office for many countries are located in this building. Facility of visa, work permit office, translation offices are located as well. Food stalls are also there. Connected with BTS Metro Nana easy walk and also can be reached by MRT metro but need to walk around 1 km. Shopping malls like Robinsin, Tops, Terminal 21 are all within walking distance.

Very narrow parking space. VFS global is still the wrost nightmare if you want VISA to Europe, UK, Australia and so on.

Easy to locate. Decent amount of parking when you need to collect something from HMPO. A few visa agents and language schools inside. VFS runs an efficient system to drop off visa applications. HMPO staff are very helpful for passport renewals.

Currently the VFS from ps Tower have shifted to this building. All those want to apply for India visa and visa related or any other documents kindly contact this place.

Not bad. But a little tricky to take elevater for the intended floor u need to take. Parking is plenty. And many places you can stamp the parking ticket.

For Visa service. Parking area is on 5th floor for visitors. Driver should be very careful while driving in this building as the turns are very sharp and if any damage than heavy penalty. Also parking charges are very high 50 bhat per hour

Two elevators and you're almost certainly in the wrong one, shame on the British Embassy for subcontracting out such vital functions to a place with such clueless and untrained staff.

Convenient location, hub of visa and translation services, there are variety of food stall and entertainment, not far from Robinson and Terminal 21, BTS or MRT

I study here. Overall, this building is not bad, and the coffee shop on the first floor is not bad too

Came here last week.very old and worn out building.everything is very expensive.avoid at all cost!

Home of the Australian Visa application Centre. Has upper level parking and access. Food shops and immigration agent's as well as some admin offices.

The building is getting older. Constructed in 2008 and it has 17 floors. The location is really good, on the main Sukhumvit Road, just a short walk from the Nana BTS station and all the restaurants in Soi 11. The building has 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedroom duplex units on the top floors. On the ground floor there are several shops and restaurants.

Main purpose for our visit was to apply Sweden visa via VFS located upon the 8th floor of this building. The only advantage we’re well-aware was there’s no need to make a reservation for Sweden visa. Nevertheless, the process took quite long as expected, and drained our energy too much. From our experience, visa application for France has been the easiest and quickest so far perhaps because it’s not run by VFS.

PS. People will be suffocating and probably having heat stroke at VFS area

Ac is waaaay too noisy.cant sleep with it on and cant sleep without it also because too hot.catch 22 situation.its old fashioned ac because its inside the roof.this building seems to be old.insects in room (specially when u switch off lights). Street dogs in the street early morning.the best thing about this apartment is that its connected to mrt, bts and river boats at soi 15.and the room is quite large and nice.the gym is useless.large nice pool. 7/11 and familymart walking distance.very noisy from hallway of people walking, shuting doors and talking because very bad noise cancellation walls and front door.parking is not included. Once i saw insect on bed when sleeping.nice view from window.large window.but no balcony.
