27Please don't go by the looks & Michelin tag. I'm really confused how Michelin has rated this hotel. V v bad service. Friendly but Untrained staffs. No ventilation and fresh air flow in the rooms. Bad AC. Not worth to stay in Sukumvit with real great choices.
Very attentive staff, strong management and extension of hospitality values. Amazing views and great location.
Lights are too dim at night. Sent an email to check on breakfast, no reply and upon check in they request for payment
Service was great but the food was mediocre for a italian restaurant in my opinion (spaghetti was bland for my taste)
Easily one of the best value and modern style hotels in Sukhumvit if not most of Bangkok. Great facilities, perfect location for access around the city and service is top quality! Highly recommend, plus there are always new promotions and events at the hotel.
Okay for tourists & people who will use skytrain as main mode of transport. There's very little car parking space and cannot accommodate large bus. So consider this if you are on business trip and looking for hotel that is closer to skytrain.
Mediocre rooms for the price. Elevator situation is completely unacceptable. Expect to wait 15 minutes to get out of the building.
