The Continent Hotel Bangkok by Compass Hospitality

Four people attended the Italian lunch buffet at Medini on the 39th floor of the Continental Hotel. Pizza, soup, vegetable salad, and fruit are buffet style. Main dishes and coffee will be brought to you if you order from the menu. Personally, I wish the pizza was thinner. All can eat items on the menu are delicious. The pasta with chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream was especially delicious. The employees were also kind. Price is 588B/person with 15% discount+

Good hotel with a reasonable price. I like that it's in the heart of Bangkok and very easy to go around as it's near the sky train.

2023年9月28日に3泊での宿泊でした。1005号室でしたがこの階には7部屋しかなく。エレベーターも２基で少しガタガタホテル施設に少し不安を感じます。しかし此処で働くスタッフの笑顔対応に救われます。

ฉันพัก 3 คืนในวันที่ 28 กันยายน 2023 มันคือห้อง 1005 แต่บนชั้นนี้มีเพียง 7 ห้องเท่านั้น มีลิฟต์สองตัวและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมค่อนข้างง่อนแง่นเล็กน้อยดังนั้นฉันจึงรู้สึกไม่สบายใจเล็กน้อยเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม อย่างไรก็ตาม ฉันได้รับการช่วยเหลือจากใบหน้าที่ยิ้มแย้มของพนักงานที่ทำงานที่นี่

It was my first time to stay in Bangkok for three nights. The soundproofing of the room was a bit poor. Only the housekeeper forgot to replenish some supplies on the first day. However, there is a great free high-altitude swimming pool and seats where you can rest and relax. The location is very close to the station, which is very convenient, the front desk and housekeeping staff are full of smiles, and the service is considerate, which makes people very happy. The massage parlor on the left of the door is also great. I will visit again if I have the opportunity.

This hotel is dangerous - they refuse to fix their elevators. Stayed here twice and both times the elevators would move unpredictably between floors. Buttons don’t stay pressed, sometimes it will take you up and then down and up again so it takes forever. This time we were trapped for 15min+ when the elevator went haywire - it slowly climbed to the top floor, then dropped us suddenly leaving us bouncing. The staff was no help at all - they finally freed us halfway between floors, then blamed us for being overloaded! We were 9ppl and well below the 13ppl weight limit. Then they said the elevator is overweight because of their TV which if true is dangerous and against code. They’re going to kill someone with these elevators if they don’t fully replace them. Stay away for your own safety.

A very good hotel with all the facilities you need. Good rooms, rooftop bar and restaurant with an amazing city view. Good English speakjng front desk staffs which is so impressive. A lovely women Named Aree who was so good towards me and i appreciate that so much. Hopefully I'll come back soon again.

-The location is central, so it's good to go to Koreatown, Tongle, Park, Chatuchak, etc.

- Good night view
- Please tidy up the room.
- Cooling and hot water work well
- Many restaurants nearby

Bad
-Recommend a room far from the elevator
- The swimming pool is not as big as the picture and recommended only enough to avoid the heat rather than life shots
- Not many types of breakfast food (only fried eggs, bacon, and bread)
- The back alley is a decadent alley (supposed to be Savasa?)

It was a great experience for me to stay at this property.
The room is nice and comfy. However the TV remote acted a bit weird sometimes, but it doesn’t matter coz they fixed it later. The rooftop bar was excellent with breathtaking view, nice food and a good verity of drinks. The best part was the front staffs with their lovely smiles. They are so friendly and i would specially mention Aree coz that lady was always there to help me. I would comeback for sure!?

Clean nice room butttt noisy due to music outside and traffic (and I was on the 28th floor) You need earplugs and then you get alarm clock issues with an early flight.
I would recommend thick curtains.

Friendly staff, upgraded us for free.

That swimming pool is quite small and no atmosphere small deck etc.we did not bother.

The roof top bar for which you can get a all you can drink snack pass is very nice the snacks a bit average. Red wine was good though!

But location location location it is close to the sky train, metro, shopping malls, restaurants, (naughty) nightlife! Which will give it an extra 1/2 star.

Large and very private pool Villa. Breakfast is great and all staffs are genuinely friendly and helpful in anything you want. They take care of minor details like placing clothes for your eye glasses when they come to do daily clean up

Very bad experience.everything was going good.but at the end of the day we checked out.we kept our laugage at hotels lobby.n gone for safari world.we returned at evening.took our laugage.n checked out for boarding.when I arrived my home n unpacked the laugage.my money was missing.it was stolen at their hotel. I informed hotel
. N no response from their side.the money was stolen there only

Went and dined at the Medinii restaurant - impeccable food, impressive views of Bangkok's skyline!

Here for pre-festive party with the gang and I found this place awesome, great for all party. The view is breath-taking, stunning and you'll love the sunset moment like me. Service is great from a single team member towards the management team led by khun Jay. Will definitely return!

Expensive for what you get, though prime location for the MTS and Soi Cowboy.
Clean, friendly (including guest friendly), well maintained.

Staff at the bar on the 38th floor is horrendous it's like they try to not see you I've never had a time when it was harder to get a server's attention I actually felt like they were giving me poor service on purpose for some reason. (I think it was just the lady that did such a terrible job) I do not recommend this place

The food at Medinii restaurant is amazing! But the location is quite difficult to find. I think the hotel pinned it's location not so accurate

So glad I stayed and here and even happier I upgraded to the sky room the lounge was worth it the rooms were compact but I enjoyed it.the showers were amazing with the rainfall faucet
