The Bangkok Christian Hospital

Cheaper than other private hospitals around but still very expensive. Rabies vaccination with some HRIG injection turned out to be 8000 but. It probably would be cheaper in the Tropical Disease Hospital. Also, if it wasn’t a night, I would go to Thai Travel Clinic that gives vaccinations twice as cheap.

A bat dropped some liquid into my eye, probably saliva, so a doctor also offered me rinsing with in globulin, but I rejected, because I thought it wasn’t an official practice. She should have convinced me, it’s actually is common practice finding mucus with HRIG.

Garbage among garbage, the price is first-class, the service and medical skills are first-class, public hospitals are better than here! Don't come. This is the worst private hospital in Thailand that I have encountered in many years

I went to the emergency room with a dislocated toe and an incision in the skin. Even though it was early in the morning, I was very grateful that the Korean teacher consulted me over the phone and helped me when I returned the next day. Thank you to all the medical staff who performed surgery and treatment quickly without delay.

ราคาสูง แต่บริการบางอย่างอาจต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง ราคานี้ อยากให้มีน้ำดื่มเป็นขวดเล็กๆ แก้วเล็กๆก็ได้บริการตามจุดที่จำเป็นเหมือนที่รพ. อื่นราคาประมานนี้มีกัน เคยจะไปกินน้ำแบบกรวยกระดาษ บางทีน้ำหมด บางทีกรวยหมด พอจะกินยา ถือกรวยด้วย เอายาออกจากถุง ไม่สะดวก ถือนานๆก้รั่วต้องทำ2 ชั้นอีก

และพยาบาลที่ห้องแอดมิท ควรยืดหยุ่นให้เอื้อลูกค้าเป็นหลัก และมีใจบริการกว่านี้

คนไข้จะรีบออกตอนเช้า แจ้งพยาบาลสาวแล้วตั้งแต่ 8 โมงหน่อยว่าขอเจอหมอที่ opd เลยได้ไหม เพราะแค่ฟังผลเฉยๆ กลับบอกว่าหมอมาตรวจห้องคนไข้เร็วนะ ให้รอในห้อง
ตอนราว 11โมง รอไม่ไหวละ เราเดินไปตามว่าหมอจะมารึยัง พยาบาลสาวบอกเดวจะโทรถามแล้วแจ้ง หายไปเปน 10นาทีก้ไม่แจ้งผลว่าเปนไง ทั้งที่ห้องใกล้มาก โทมาก้ได้ เราต้องเดินออกไปถามอีกรอบ เลยพุด บอกจะแจ้งไม่เห็นแจ้งเลย พยาบาลอาวุโสในนั้นไม่พุดอะไร แต่มองถมึงทึงเชียว สุดท้าย หมอมา11 โมงกว่า รอหลายชม. ทั้งที่หมออยุ่ชั้นล่าง

จริงๆ เดินไปห้อง opd กับคนไข้ด้วยกันก้ได้ พยาบาลมีตั้งหลายคนในแผนก ถ้ากลัวคนไข้ไม่จ่ายเงินส่วนต่างพันกว่าบาท (เราใช้สิทธิ์ประกัน) ก้ควรไปด้วยกัน ตอนมา opd เขาให้เดินไปจ่ายเงินเองเลย แม้ไม่มียากลับบ้าน

เราจะไปซื้อของกินข้าวข้างล่าง ระหว่างรอเบิกประกันที่เขาแจ้งว่าอาจ 2-3 ชม. ก้มองแบบ ไม่อยากให้ไป ทั้งที่ ทางรพ. ก้มีประวีติเราอยุ่ครบนะ ระหว่างกินข้าวชั้นล่าง ก้โทรมาอีกแจ้งค่าใช้จ่ายออกแล้วเท่านี้นะ ประมานว่าถ้ารีบ ให้จ่ายมาก่อนแล้วคุนไปเบิกคืนเอง ทั้งที่เราก้แจ้งแล้วว่าจะรอประกันทำให้เสรจ คงกลัวเราชิ่ง

พยาบาลแผนก admit ควรยืดหยุ่นให้ลูกค้มีสิทธิ์เลือกและแสดงท่าทางให้เกียรติคนไข้มากกว่านี้จะดีมาก ถ้าไม่ได้จริงๆ ก้ควรอธิบายดีๆก้ได้ว่าเพราะอะไร มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมนะ หรือเหตุอะไรก้ว่าไปให้ลุกค้ารับทราบดีๆ ไม่ใช่ไม่อธิบายและชักสีหน้า นี่ไม่ใช่ราคาถูก หรือมาเอาของฟรีนะ ค่าบริการพยาบาล เราก้ต้องจ่าย
หลังจากแอดมิทครั้งนี้ครั้งแรก คิดเลยว่าครั้งสุดท้าย และไม่อยากไปที่นี่อีก

โทรสอบถามรายละเอียดการผ่าตัด เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องผ่าตัด พูดจาไม่สุภาพ ไม่พร้อมรับฟังคำถาม ไม่สนใจที่จะแก้ปัญหาให้ผู้ป่วย ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ

This hospital does not feel very organised. There are a lot of moving parts and none seem to share information with anyone else. It’s quite annoying. Things are very procedural and slow when you get here.

I did surgery here, doctor was ok, not interactive.
I used to wait hours and hours after post surgery for every appointment.
There pricing was reasonable few years ago but now its VERY VERY high. You can choose far better doctors and hospital at this price.
I am thai, I can just say 3 things about this hospital

สถานที่ตั้ง สะดวก ทางเข้า ทั้ง ถนนมีลม ถนน สุรวงศ์ รวมถึง ห่าง จาก สถานี บีทีเอส สีลม 100 เมตร, แพทย์เฉพาะทาง มีประสบการณ์ ส่วนใหญ่ อาจารย์จาก รพ จุฬาฯ จะมา ตรวจรักษาที่นี่, ราคา ย่อมเยา สถานที่ สะอาด, เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ มีครบ.

รักษาที่นี่หลายรุ่นจากที่บ้าน สะดวก ค่อนข้างคุ้นเคย เคยราคาไม่แพงมาก แต่ตอนนี้เริ่มคิดค่าบริการเพิ่มขึ้น ราคาแพงขึ้น ค่ายาก็แพงขึ้น ได้ยินว่าเปลี่ยนผู้บริหารใหม่ ไม่รักษาผู้ป่วยโควิท ไปขอตรวจโควิท ไม่รับ ถ้ามีอาการแล้วเจอว่าป่วยโควิท ต้องออกไปรักษาที่อื่นที่มีสิทธิ

4,700 baht for a PCR test that I may get in 24hrs and they can't even guarantee that deadline. This is outrageously expensive compared to other places in Bangkok

What a joke of a hospital, more like a business where they can squeeze every penny out of you. Again, doctors don't know what they are talking about. I mentioned a medical term to the doctor and he didn't know what I was talking about. Please don't waste your time and money on these clowns.

Doctor is professional. Crowed with local patients but surprisingly my waiting time was less than 30 minutes.

It costs 2000 bahts for doctor fee and antibiotics for 2 weeks. Lower than I expected from reading other reviews.

After being given a wrong diagnosis in Vietnam, happy I came here and got all the right information and very friendly staff.

Went in to this hospital with left chest pain as an asthmatic.they sent me to the orthopaedic department.why? The doctor didn’t even put a stethoscope to my chest, refused to give me an EKG or a chest x-ray and sent me home with some bullsh*t pain killers that have long been discontinued and dimenhydrate (you can easily buy this at 7-eleven for 5thb). Nurses don’t speak English. Doctor doesn’t speak English. Basically paid 800 baht to be rushed off even though it was empty when I got there. They want me to come for a follow up, I won’t be going for a follow up lol, I will be going to another hospital all together. Save your time and money.

The doctor that I met the other day she was impatient and kept asking me to leave the room when I asked her just one question. I left the room being confused because I just need some clarifications about my condition. I feel disappointed with this particular doctor but overall the front desk staff are super amazing and fast service.

My favorite private hospital in Bangkok. It’s not luxurious or anything, but the quality of the service is great. Staff is very attentive. Above all, good value for money.
