บริการดี พนักงานพูดจาดีครับ ส่วนของรถก็ขึ้นอยู่ว่าเช่าราคาไหน มีโปรถูก ช่วงโควิดนี้ยิ่งถูกครับ แนะนำครับ จองง่ายรับรถง่าย แต่แค่มีศูนย์น้อยครับ

Return with 40% lower fuel and the company wanted to charge THB 1,600 for this. I end up going out again the put THB 300 at Gas station.

ตอนแรกจองรถที่อุบลเป็น yaris 1200 cc ใช้โปรปันสุข ใกล้วันเดินทาง พนง. โทรมาขออัพเกรดรถให้เปน altis เครื่อง 1600 cc รถใหม่ ดีมาก ประทับใจเลย คุ้มสุดๆ ตกวันละ 500 นิดๆ เอง ขนาดเช่าศุกร์ คืนอาทิตย์ เลทได้อีก 4 ชม. โปรดีมาก

I got a Yaris from New Petchburi Road and loved it. The car was clean and in excellent condition, staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the guy with a lot of tattoos at New Petchburi Rd (I forgot to ask for his name). Great promotion of 299 a day! Highly recommended and will definitely use their service again <3

Der letzte Laden! Hatte ein Fahrzeug über Internet geordert. Es wurde mir auch per Mail Bestätigt. Meine Kreditkarte wurde belastet! 8 Stunden später bekomme ich ein Mail, dass Fahrzeug wurde gecancelt und meine Kreditkarte wird innerhalb von 7 Tagen wieder gutgeschrieben. EINE FRECHHEIT WIE ICH SONST WO AUF DER WELT NICHT ERLEBT HABE. - The last shop! Ordered a vehicle over the Internet. It was also confirmed to me by email. My credit card was charged! 8 hours later I get an email that the vehicle has been canceled and my credit card will be credited within 7 days. A cheek like I have never seen anywhere else in the world.

Drop off is a straightforward drive thru and staff is friendly. Just that the location may be far from BTS or MRT.

The service is very disappointing and the staff does not know how to service.

This is my 2nd time renting from them. The pick up at Don muang airport was smooth and so was the return both times. Previously i returned at the airport, this time at the city bramch at petchaburi road, which was equally seamless. Will be back again.

Worst rent a car in thailand. Rented a car with them, there were dents all around the car, maybe more than 25 tiny spots and when i returned the car they pointed at 1 tiny spot smaller than a pen tip and refused to return my 20,000 baht deposit

Overall, a good rental agency. Roughly 1500 baht/day for a 4 year old Toyota Fortuner. I don't need a brand new vehicle, but the SUV was definitely showing it's age. The whole rental process was easy and extending my usage by one day was no problem at all. I would rent here again, but will check on vehicle age before making any commitments.

Upgraded vehicle, easy service in picking up but drop off was a hassle at the terminal. Remember its the Arrivals level at Swampy. Also you either need to ring them when you arrive or have someone go into the terminal and get them to come get the car. Otherwise, would have been 5 stars.

No problems with cars, good customer service. Remember to bring your credit card (not debit) and your ID card.

Altough This is local car rental company price is not so different than avis or reltalcars app. İt should be think twice. And the car that we rent is really old and had so much crash injuries

Very special good and reliable company. I will rent there car again this month. Really all staff is good trained and always honest and friendly. I am happy that I did cancel my old car rental from before.

Our flight landed in phuket an hour ago and we're still waiting for the car that we have booked over a week ago! DISGRACE! Don't ever use this car rental company if you don't have an hour or so to waste!

หลังจากบวกลบคูณหารหาข้อมูลมาเยอะแล้วเพื่อนๆแนะนำบ้างคนรู้จักบ้างก็ตัดสินใจใช้บริการของT้hairentacar. ในการท่องเที่ยวเชียงรายครั้งแรกอะไรๆที่อ่านเจอในรีวิวที่ไม่ดีๆก็จะพยามปลอมใจตัวเองว่าเราคงไม่เจอแต่รวมๆที่อ่านมาถือว่าเราตัดสินใจไม่ผิดจะเหลือก็อย่างเดียวคือบทพิสูจน์ผมติดต่อเช่ารถไว้ 4 วันคิดว่าไม่น่ามีปัญหาไรเพราะเลือกไปช่วงที่คนอื่นๆเขากลับกันแล้ว ก็หวังว่าทริปนี้ผมคงตัดสินใจไม่ผิดและคงประทับใจกับการบริการอันดับแรกๆที่เท้าเหยียบจังหวัดเชียงราย

Reliable. Good service and prices are competitive. Staff is nice even if their english habilities could improve.
