พนักงานบริการแย่มากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆเลยค่ะ ลูกค้าโทรไปพูดจาไม่ดีมากเลยค่ะ พูดจาใส่อารมณ์กับลูกค้ามาก คือแบบไม่โอเคมากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆกับพนักงานผู้หญิง (บางคน) คือคุณทำงานบริการแทนที่แบบจะบริการลูกค้าดีๆ นี่อะไรมาใส่อารมณ์ แย่มากๆค่ะ ควรมีการอบรมณ์พนักงานให้พูดจาดีกว่านี้นะคะ

ในสัญญา เขียนว่า คืนทันทีที่คืนรถ
แต่ในความเป็นจริง ยังกันเงินไว้ 14 วันทำการ
ถ้าไม่จริง ขอดูหลักฐานได้
เช่า local เถอะ คืนรถ คืนมัดจำ แค่ 3 พันเอง

Extremely rude staff. 1st time experiencing such rude behaviour. Definitely not an asset to company, sad to say that. He said I can report him anytime

This is the worst car rental ever. My husband
and I booked this car to travel from Bangkok
- Khao Yai and return the car at Don
Mueang Airport. We kept the car spotless
and tidy before returning, even we refilled
the gas to full tank. All of the sudden at 15.20
PM near the Don Mueang Airport, there was
another car who hit us from the back. We
reported this case to the company and they
said for us to wait for their staff to come no
longer than 20 minutes because we had a
flight back home at 17.40. We waited til 16.00
PM but no one of the company showed up
and Thai Rent A Car let us to go to the
airport so we don't miss the flight.
At the airport, my husband still being held
back because they said the insurance
company will come to the airport. Time is
ticking and near our boarding time but still
no one showed up and the Thai Rent A Car
staff at the airport let my husband to go
check into the flight. But then the company
called us and said the accident was our
fault BECAUSE WE DID NOT WAIT FOR THE
INSURANCE STAFF TO COME. How come? Your
staffs were the one who told us it was okay
for my husband to leave. Even if we should
wait for another time and probably missing
our flight, are your company responsible to
pay our next flight to Indonesia?

This is not fair! Just send us back the 5000 Baht!

Very unhappy with these. We contacted them to find out if we could use a debit card as we don’t have credit cards they said yes so booked a car though messaged prepaid for the months hire. Turned up and they refused to give us the car even though we was happy to pay up front the 5000B deposit. We are now been told they don’t do refunds we are now trying the manager. So the company basically ripped us off. We have the messages from the team saying we could use our card. Don’t use

Car return with 2 staff checking the car. Then called me at phone 30 minutes later and said the car was full of hair, charging me 5,000 baht without my consent! I will never rent a car from Thai Rent again!

Slow process. They told me a price per child's seat higher than the one I had contracted. The car with many kilometers but in perfect condition.

Reasonable rent, no issues while returning. Just make sure you have a credit card when you go to pickup. Don't know why they don't accept 5k thb cash deposit or bank transfer.

Extremely pleased with the car and service here. Zero fuss, super easy transactions from booking to return. Our car was very clean during pick up and it was so easy to add on drivers during the trip. Will definitely be back to rent from them.

หลังจ่ายเงินค่าเช่าไปไม่มีบริการค่ะ. พนักงานพูดจาไม่สุภาพใส่ลูกค้ารถมีปัญหาโดนเฉี่ยวชนค่ะหลังเช่าไปใช้บอกมีรถเปลี่ยนใหม่ให้ใช้ทันทีแต่พอโทรติดต่อบริษัทไปบอกไม่มีรถเปลี่ยนให้เราเลยและบอกให้เรารอประมาณ1-2อาทิตย์ถ้ามีรถให้เปลี่ยนจะโทรแจ้งอีกที. นี่เหรอค่ะบริการของคุณ. การโกหกลูกค้าถือว่าเป็นเรื่องที่น่ารังเกียจและค่าประกันรถเช่าเราก็จ่ายเต็มราคาด้วย.

Hands down, the best car rental company in Thailand. Well maintained cars and amazing customer service. Been using them for over 10 years 15+ times and not a single complaint.

มีปัญหาเรื่องรถหลังจากเช่าจากทางบริษัทไปพยายามโทรติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่พนักงานไปหลายครั้ง. พนักงานบอกเดี๋ยวให้เจ้าหน้าที่โทรกลับและจะช่วยแก้ปัญหาให้แต่ทางเรารอมาเกือบ10วันแล้ว. โทรไปอีกพนักงานก็แจ้งแบบเดิมโดยไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ชื่อสมพงษ์ให้บริการเพราะยุ่งมากที่เราแจ้งเบอร์ให้โทรกับด่วนทางเรารถมีปัญหาอยากสอบถามเรื่องเปลี่ยนรถใหม่และทำการเช่าต่อระยะยาว. เหมือนเดิมค่ะพนักงานคงยุ่งมากไม่เคยเลยที่จะโทรมาแก้ปัญหาอย่างที่บอก. พนักงานบริการแย่ที่สุดค่ะบอกยุ่งมากไม่สามรถคุยได้เดี๋ยวโทรกลับและไม่เคยติดต่อเราอีกเลย. ถ้าไม่อยากทำงานหรือบริการลูกค้าลาออกไปเลยน่าจะดีกว่า. ท้ายที่สุดจะทนเดินทางไปทางบริษัทพนักอยู่ครบทีมทั้งผู้หญิงและผู้ชายแทบจะไม่มีลูกค้าเลยแต่บอกเราทางโทรศัพท์ว่ายุ่งมาก. สุดยอดเลยค่ะอยู่ห่างไว้จะดีกว่าหลังจ่ายค่าเช่าไม่มีบริการอีกเลยจ้า.

This company will cancel your car bookings at last minute without ANY compensation. Screwed up my holidays. Very unpleasant experience.

Used often times, easy and good service. Last time unforseen have been bottom cover on ground bit oily. But overall still a good and recommended rental car company.

Stay far away from this company when you want to have a decent car as they are all beyond a low spec and reputable service.
They will charge you for everything at the end and increase the price with sudden calls and unprofessional behaviour.

WARNING: This rental car agency will try to cheat you. Was threatened to charge a "cleaning" fee of 2,000 Baht. You are forced to settle cause you are trying to catch a flight back. Do not rent from them, go with an international car rental agency where the fees are not hidden or disclosed
